Server was very nice and efficient. Asked for plain steamed broccoli and got the seasoned. Couldn't eat it, but it is what it is. Wish my husband could have gotten more to eat. He ordered Walt's fired shrimp, and it comes with only one side. I ordered stuffed flounder. Very good and came with 2 sides. All in all, though, a relaxing meal that we needed.

Very disappointing, I have a feeling that this franchise is about to close. My family and I used to visit weekly, and noticed the deterioration in food quality, e.g the stale bread that is microwaved rather than the old fresh. The famous clam chowder soup recently is devoid of any clams, only potato pieces and visible oil droplets! My mom asked for a filet mignon stake, instead she got a small New York piece. My lobster was poorly cooked.When the clam chowder soup was brought, a young lady stood in the middle of the booth’s lane and started almost yelling ( who ordered the soup, who ordered the clam chowder soup)!!! That was a first for a red lobster! When the orders were brought they were given to the wrong people!! The staff was not up to par, no one greets you coming in or leaving, the doors creek. The whole attitude is worsening day by day, all going down except the prices. I use to leave a 25% tip every time, this time I left 20% only, I will try other branches, I do hope they are better.

The food was awesome. Our server Emerson was Great and very knowledgeable. The grill master most definitely what's on top of his game. I had the ultimate endless shrimp, my wife had the southwest shrimp Bowl, both were great. The cheddar bay biscuits were perfect. The Cheesecake was delicious. Jeffery the manager was very attentive and courteous. We'll be back soon.

I came inside on a Easter Sunday afternoon with my mom. The wait time for two was only ten minutes. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. I ordered the two coconut shrimp dishes for $17 It was DELICIOUS! I cannot wait to come back! Alice was my server and she was fantastic! I asked for extra refills and crackers for my mom clam chowder, and my mom loved the food! Alice was very attentive, nice, and did a great job. Thank You!!!! I will be back for more!

We have a Red Lobster less than a mile away but always make the 30 minute trip to this one because we always have great service. Last night was no exception. Geri was our server and she was incredible. Highly recommend.
We frequent Red Lobsters but this one is the best! Food was very fresh!! Service was great!!! We enjoyed our meal and outing with my family =)

Our server was great. But the unrealistic wait times. We were told a half hour waiting hour and 17 minutes. Got Sat then ordered 2 shrimp scampi dinners. Waited another 40 minutes for food. If I knew I was gunna be here for almost 3 hours I would have went somewhere else.
