The customer service is unbelievably bad. We stood there for 10 mins just for the 4 workers to completely ignore us. Then when they finally did acknowledge us, the lady was super rude and completely unhelpful. They didn’t give the guy in front of me his pizza or his change, so they gave him my slice and threw a fit when he asked where his change is. When I payed, they didn’t even hand me my food so we had to reach all the way over the counter to grab it myself. The workers act like you are an inconvenience. Only one girl was doing anything and the rest were standing around and yelling at eachother. I usually love Sbarros and have had good experiences at other locations, but save your time, money, and sanity and don’t come to this one. Manager needs to reevaluate who he hires because this is completely unacceptable, and this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. This location should be shut down considering all of the negative reviews.

This is the 3rd time I have came to the mall and at 7:20 your closed.. do you have workers perfectly capable of making a pizza but you’re closed and the time I sat down and ate our other food at least eight more people came up trying to get pizza it’s just bad business/..

Very rude server! No one else was there and they were not busy. 2 people weee working and when I asked her after waiting for 10 min that I need to pay she started yelling at me and said that I should wait. I should’ve just left without the pizza for the service. If my kids were not waiting for the pizza and we hungry, I would’ve left

Server was rude, like we were bothering her. Pepsi was straight syrup, no carbonation at all. As if all of that wasn't bad enough, when I bit into my pizza, it was straight up dough still. Beyond disappointed, when I tried this place a while ago it was amazing.

Use to love this place but it seems they just hire whoever applies because the last couple times have been absolutely terrible, specifically on Friday at 530 the lady working had an attitude from the start as I was trying to choose what I want and ask she was acting like she had somewhere else to be smacking her lips I then chose and she proceeded to yell is that it with a ignorant tone in her voice will not say it’s a bad place cause I’ve had many good experiences but the lady working today needs to be talked too and If she doesn’t want to work than don’t
I was really craving pizza for lunch. I was near the mall so I decided to stop in and get a couple of slices. When I got to the counter and saw the pizza I was shocked because it looked like the pizza had been sitting out for awhile. When the server finally decided to acknowledge my daughter and me I asked her when was the pizza made. She replied "A couple minutes ago". I took her word for it. As my daughter and I discussed what we wanted the server sighed and twisted her lips seeming very impatient. She put our slices and stromboli through the warmer. As she was packaging our food I asked for a cup of sauce. I didn't notice if she put it in the bag or not because I was turned talking to my family. As I turned back around to the cash register to pay the server said "I'm just going to ring this up as a combo. I told her I don't want a combo. Her response was her her sucking her teeth and shaking her head. At this point we were hungry and wanted to eat. Normally I would say something but this time I just wanted to go and eat. I asked her if she put the sauce in and she told me they didn't have any sauce. Whaaaat? No sauce at Sbarro? I used to love Sbarro. I will not be returning. That experience was horrible! The food was ok. I mean it's pizza.

Went to get some pizza at 2:30 pm and all the food looks like it's been out since they opened, no employees in sight, so I went to A&W. Sbarro is my favorite mall pizza but this location is failing horribly at just being presentable to the public.
