This Starbucks location is convenient because it's located in one of my most frequented stores. Macy's! I usually order a spruced up drink recipe I've found online. This location gets crowded at times, but the workers are efficient and keep the line moving.
I was a bit hesitant to come here due to the low scores, but this was actually one of the better Starbucks I've been to. They had 4+ employees and were fast and friendly, so I was in and out in just a few minutes. They also accept Starbucks rewards/gift cards, so it's a great place to spend them while at the mall.

My service was not ideal. I order a grande pink drink with no ice and a cup of ice on the side. My whole drink was cold foam and I never got the cup of ice. Also there were four strawberries total. Not good service not a happy shopper.
