The online order process is probably the worst ever been through. When I got to the store, it took an extra 20 minutes to order one extra sub. The food quality was fine. They also forgot the mayo packets.

This location is nasty, the lettuce they're serving is pink, when asked to change it for fresh lettuce the reply was no, we don't have anymore lettuce. Like seriously, quit serving paying customers old nasty food, we pay for fresh food, which pays your salary, do your effing jobs or don't work and don't get paid. Nasty workers here. They also leave half smoked dirty cig butts in their windows. The tables were sticky and dirty and the place was empty, with 3 employees.... As if they couldn't be bothered to clean and cut fresh veggies..... Pathetic!!!

I asked the person (Ken) making sub to change his gloves as he had touched beef (I am allergic to it). His response was, "out, I am not taking your order." I tried to explain him that I am allergic to stuff but his only response was - out, I will call the cops. I just couldn't understand where all this came from.

Absolutely horrible disappointment. The two guys working there it was like it was the first day. My “wrap” looked like a kindergarten project. See picture below. Also, the trash was overflowing onto the ground.
