This is the perfect coffee shop. Good drinks, clean, peaceful atmosphere, and friendly staff. I go out of my way to come here. It’s worth it.

Didn't eat here so can't include that in my rating. Coffee was excellent. Had a 3-person meeting here and the service was great.

My 2nd time here and the staff members are super nice and informative. I have been trying to broaden my horizons by trying other coffee shops, and this location does not disappoint. Their caramel creme latte is so yummy!

This place is great! It’s better than Starbucks in a lot of ways and they have so many drinks to choose from.

Not as cozy as some others but comfortable enough to relax. Service and coffee were on par average.Wheelchair accessibility: All flat to get in, the Diuble door might be an issue if you're alone

Nice to find a little surprise to start your morning. Offering selection of breakfast sandwiches and sweet treats, coffee and tea. Artwork featuring Michigan themes, assuming local artists.
Love the friendly professional service at Sweetwaters Cafe and the French Vietnamese coffee! They have a reward system, for every 60 points, a free coffee; so sign up today! Free coffee on your birthday too!

A Sweet Visit for Coffee and Tea LoversNestled in the Quaree Grand River Avenue and Novi Rd, Sweetwater Coffee & Tea is a charming, albeit small, coffee shop with tasteful interior design and a diverse selection of coffee and tea blends. The concept feels familiar, reminiscent of other chain coffee shops, which isn't necessarily a downside.During our visit, the place was surprisingly empty, which raised some concerns about the waiting time during peak hours. However, the friendly service made up for it, and we appreciated their hospitality. In terms of taste, the coffees were decent, but not mind-blowing. The prices were in line with the market, so it's not the most budget-friendly option.Sweetwater Coffee & Tea offers a delightful experience with a cozy ambiance and friendly service. While the coffee is good, it might not be the most economical choice.

I will not order here again. I was the only vehicle in the drive-thru. When I pulled up to the speaker to order, I said "hello?" Several times and debated out loud if I should just try to order at the window when someone finally spoke up to take my order. Then when I pull up to the window, I waited for at least 5 minutes for one drink. I could see the order counter inside and there was no one else ordering but yet 3 employees were standing around talking doing nothing to fulfill my order. I almost drove away. Then when someone finally made my drink, she didn't even greet me, just threw the cup at me and asked for my card. Did not offer me a receipt. No pleasantries after either. Terrible customer service. On top of that, the drive thru is poorly designed. There is a 90° angle turn right before the window and it is impossible to pull up close enough without hitting the curb. The curb is scrapped up so terribly. It was also raining and the mini roof over the drive thru window was perfectly oriented to drip all the big drops it accumulates into my window/door. So now I know why I never see anyone use this drive thru. Such a shame that the service was so terrible because their coffee is actually decent.

My husband and I usually use the drive thru and get drinks which I would recommend. Our last two visits we ordered ahead and picked up and our drinks were put in a carrier inside a bag. They leaked everywhere. I was able to catch it the first time as I was holding the bag but I wasn't with him this time and he arrived home with less than half of my drink left. The first time I could understand a bag because we had ordered breakfast sandwiches, but if it's just two drinks, why the bag? Not sure if the cup holder just isnt the right fit or what but I'm quite sad as I ordered it as a pick me up for a migraine. On a more positive note, what was left of my drink was delicious, the chocolate croissant is good from what I'm told, and as someone with celiac I appreciate that they have gluten free bagels.
