Well I come to this location frequently. Normally my husband and I do at the Bar. I had out of town family. 4 complained about the margarita which I recommend. I told the waitress they were horrible. She said I am sorry that was it. I asked for a medium well steak It was totally Pink. I told her that. She said again I am sorry. One of my guest ordered shrimp the rice was hard as a brick. The young waitress personality was good. However she should have gotten the manager to hear our complaints. I paid for all. However I think someone should listen to me. My son don't eat meat ordered a baked potato that was still raw the waitress again apologized. Which begin to get on my nerves. Got him another potato that he just carried it out. It was raw. Smh. I went out way to the Novi location. Not good. Hopefully management will give me a call. Tired of texting.

Rarely would i give a place a 5 star as that would indicate no room for improvement. However there is nothing to improve other than larger building. At this location beware if you go on Saturday. 1 hour wait minimum. Put your name on the waiting list online beforehand. Prices were fair, steaks excellent perfectly cooked. And get the fully loaded sweet potatoe, you wont be disappointed.
