Cheesecake Factory is always delicious. The menu is huge. There's 2 pages of just cheesecakes to choose from. It is pricey but I have never tried anything here I didn't like. There's also a happy hour with food and drink deals. The parking lot is normally pretty full, and there's typically a wait. I would recommend the cinnamon roll pancakes from the brunch menu, sweet tamale corn cakes for an appetizer or smaller meal, chicken costaletta from the dinner menu and Cinnabon cheesecake for dessert.

I went to this place for the past couple years because the food and service were mostly always on point and it was mom and the wife's favorite place which was perfect.......until this last experience.We ordered our food and we're excited to get it until someone walked in with a dog and was seated in the same area as everyone else. Which is a disgusting event to occur where food is served. We were blown away!!!We inquired with management and they said that it's the law......So we canceled our order and left. We will never give this business patronage again. I understand having to where to laws but they can keep costumers like us in mind when making decision like allowing animals to sit on the same area as people and their food. Pretty blown away at the careless nature of this policy.

I didn't see anything to support all the bad reviews I read. It was a 20 minute wait for seating. Our waiter was super nice and efficient and the food was great. No dirty dishes or silverware

I tried to make a reservation for 8 people and was told they only take reservations for up to 6 people. Since I am unable to make the reservation we are looking for a new place, im pretty disappointed that the manager would not try and help at all. All he said was that we can come on and put our name on the list in person.

very disappointed we drove up from toledo to eat here. we put our names in to be sat and had about an hour and 1/2 wait, which was fine. they were understandably busy. but the girl checking us in was super rude. it was super loud, and she got an awful attitude when she had to repeat what she said due to us not being able to hear her. after waiting the full hour and a half we finally got a text that our table was ready. we were sat, and ordered pretty promptly. about 30 mins after we ordered, the waiter came back and let my boyfriend know they were out of what he ordered. understandable, he choose something new and we continued to wait. about 15 minutes later, one of the managers walked over and told us that they were also out of what i ordered! came back 5 minutes later and asked if i wanted anything else. i had already spent at least 30 minutes excited for what i had ordered, and was pretty upset at the fact that they were out of BOTH of the things we ordered. i opted for not getting anything else, and my boyfriends order was already in, so we just asked for his food to go. manager was rude, and not even a bit sympathetic. and it’s not even like we went super late! we were sat around 6/7! no sorry from the manager, nothing to try to remedy this for us at all. not to mention i paid the same amount for a martini, that we paid for my boyfriends burger! absolutely awful, will not be back.

I LOVE all of their options. I recently had medical surgery and have been having a hard time eating. They have so many options to choose from. And we came in on time for me to have the lunch version of the meatloaf. And my husband got the regular portion. I was so grateful I needed the small portion and was so glad that we made it in time. I wish they would make smaller portions available for dinner. Because the lunch special was enough for me to have it for two meals

I ordered 2 entrees for lunch carryout today and was quite disappointed, esp with the Spicy Cashew Chicken dish. It didn't have any green onion, cashews or sesame seeds. It was as if they didn't garnish the dish after the cook was done cooking and just gave it to me unfinished. The sauce was also super salty, a terrible sign of a bad cook. The Jambalaya dish used to be good but now the spice is also strange and again super salty. Why is their food so salty these days? Where do they find these cooks? They also should make it clear where to go to do pick up. I was in line and then told to go to the kitchen area and everyone was running around but no one there to help until after a short wait. Sub par service.

the chicken has gotten so stale and hard i had to cut through so k uh just to get to a part that actually had chicken and not hard crispy skin and the portions of the mashed potatoes have literally gotten smaller and smaller like they put such small portions of it now it’s ridiculous literally 2 different girls brought out the mashed potato’s and the 2nd girl brought out a way bigger/ more appropriate portion for it compared to the first girl where i could literally finish it in a couple of bites. very disappointing how the quality has become over the years.

Had the best waiter today, Tyler. We were celebrating our son & daughters 13th birthday and he was just fantastic. Food was excellent, service was amazing, and it was a great time. The wait was long, but was definitely worth it.

The staff at this location were very friendly and the manager, Dan, pulled a miracle getting out party of 8 seated for my daughter’s birthday celebration. Jonathan H. was our server and he was friendly and kind. The food was just ok. We also ended waiting almost 2 hours before it arrived and mine wasn’t hot.

I realize this isn't a James Beard nominated, or Michelin starred establishment, but here's why I'm never going here again. The hostess never smiled, she basically mumbled her way through "a table for two people would be about 15 minutes." There were at least 4 available tables completely open within view from the hostess station and only one more couple waiting visibly, just before 10p on a Friday, and there was plenty of staff. I understand that could be a staffing issue or other reasons unknown to me, so I didn't say anything. The hostess cared more about chatting with friends than she did greeting any customers or giving a pleasant "Thanks for coming, and enjoy your night!" to any diners who were leaving. 15 minutes up, and the table is ready, so we're led back to an area with multiple tables ready and an area (again) bustling with staff; no idea why we had to wait 15 minutes just to get a table with at least 1/3 the restaurant open at that point. After sitting, we waited at least 7 or 8 minutes before our server "greeted" us, but only after she had passed by at least twice without once acknowledging us and having greeted another table of two that was seated about 3 minutes after we were seated. It took her another 6 minutes to bring us our water and take our order, so I started a stopwatch for wonderment reasons, and I was already getting annoyed, but there was nothing else open, and we didn't want fast food. After 20 minutes from ordering, we still weren't brought the complementary bread and butter, so we asked for it. Keep in mind that after each occurrence of our server being in our area, it was another 8 minutes before we saw her again--all night. We received bread and butter luckily only a couple minutes after we asked for it, so we're 22 minutes in (after ordering entrees), and we finally have something besides water, and we asked how much longer our food would be upon receiving our bread. Lilyan responded that she would check, and "magically" a few minutes later she has come with our food saying, "It just popped up." Well, each of us ordered a chicken entree that, although tastes good, was cold--potatoes, chicken, and veggies. All that for a $24 & $26 OVERPRICED CHICKEN dish that isn't in the realm of hot or even satisfactory warm. I ate two bites and stopped to wait for Lilyan to return asking about our food. It was about 8 minutes before she showed up again to ask, and I let her know it was cold when she brought the meals. She offered another, but I asked how long that would take--it had already been over a half hour since I ordered to this moment, and she came back minutes later that it could take up to 20 minutes, which I refused, so she offered the manager. We resolved the issue by taking my dish off the bill and he threw in a free slice of cheesecake. I'd much rather order, be well serviced with good, hot food, and pay. This review isn't to bash our server (she was a nice girl), but rather to address poor service all around. I realize this is a busy restaurant most of the time, but the overall quality of everything needs to be drastically better, especially for the prices you charge. I didn't even give the manager the full story because I was only concerned about getting the entree taken care of at that moment.Look, I know this is Cheesecake Factory, and we're not expecting anything more than adequate service with decent, hot food (albeit drastically overpriced). I just don't think staff is properly trained, and I'm sure there's a very apathetic approach to some, or most, or only a few...or maybe just certain times, but I certainly will never be going back for these reasons. No one was pleasant, no one greets, no one smiles. This must not be a good place to work! How hard is it to fake a pleasant attitude?!? YOU'RE IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY!
