sandwich had chicken that was still frozen, Asked for another sandwich, waited 20 mins with no result, asked for refund but couldnt be provided without manager. several other customers also had problems at same time. Very poor experience. Who doesnt have a manager present?

Absolutely one of my favorite places. Just to sit down and enjoy a delicious smoothie. Kind staff that goes beyond and will courteously hand you your order. Even on the go you're treated with respect and a smile. Please keep up the great work. It's a great experience that shapes your morning.

We went here twice in one week to use our rewards (if you refer someone through the app, you both get a free smoothie). For both visits, each employee was not friendly - they didn't seem like they wanted to be there. I ordered a green smoothie and it was okay. The interior is spacious but the heat was cranked up. If I had to wait any longer for my smoothie, I would have gotten a bloody nose.

Horrible. We walked in at 8:30 music blaring!!!And they said we could only get drinks, no food, which my daughter wanted a sandwich There was still 30 minutes left til closing! No problem the lady at Detroit wing co. Was very helpful and took our order with no problem! I'll never go back to this location, they clearly get paid too much to close early!

Worst customer service I've ever received. I have ordered an island green for years without kale. I have the option in app and in store to request it and still get spinach. "Fred" insisted that this was not possible. He kept saying I just made it. I buy this drink weekly. The drink isn't orange. Honestly. No help and probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
I love coming to this location. The young staff is always pleasant and helpful. My faves are the Island Green & Bahama Mama smoothies. I have not tried their food yet.

Terrible customer service. I was less than 5 minutes away, called to ask if they could start a single smoothie so I didn’t have to leave my dog in the car. They refused, which I can understand because of corporate policies or whatever, but on the phone she assured me I’d be in and out in less than 5 minutes. I arrived 3 minutes after the call ended. Two customers in line, no biggie, I waited for about 5 minutes before my turn. Again, no problem, timing is never accurate and a few minutes wait isn’t a big deal. Customers walked away and I came up to place my order, in the middle of me speaking the customers came back and started talking to the worker to request something else, so she told me to hold on and started talking to the people who were in front of me but had already walked away and been served. They literally exited the building, came back in and got out in front of me. I’ve been in customer service a long time. If a customer comes back while you’re serving a new one, the first customer waits until you are done with the new order. You don’t let them cut back in line. When I left I said “it’s okay, don’t worry about it.” Before walking away and I heard the worker scoff behind me. I never leave reviews but this put a bad taste in my mouth. These employees don’t care about professional customer service or just common courtesy. I just wanted a quick smoothie. I won’t be going to this location again.

When my friend and i decided to come into tropical smoothie the service was absolute garbage and the workers were so rude. The workers acknowledged our presence but decided to not take our orders for about 10 minutes. My friend got heavily judged for putting something in her smoothie. That is just disrespectful and uncalled for. I am never returning to this location due to the lack of respect I received.

3rd time ordering with them forgetting something or the products were not up to standard. The last couple of times the chips and a flavored straw were missing. I literally tried calling 6 times the last time and no answer-This is common with them. Don't waste your time or money on this location-Sub par food that is never correct and they don't care about customer service-good luck contacting them.
