I spent 40 dollars on 2 subs 2 days in 1 week they messed up the subs both times Manager refused to fix the issue both times I had the receipt but there receipts do not have the proper month date and year.

I stop here once in awhile on my lunch break. Very nice people work here and the ladies are always polite, friendly and make good subs. I always feel welcome and at home. Keep up the great job.

On dec 6th i went to tubbys for a classic italian sub. They did not put enough meat on it and i was very upset because it’s a large sub for $14. I decided to give them another shot and confront them about the lack of meat on my previous sandwich. They began to tell me that the meat shrivels up when they grill it so it appears to be less meat. They then told me they are going to take care of me and put enough meat on my new sub after complaining about the last visit. The photo attached is the picture of the new sub i received on 12/20/23 which has even less meat on it than the last time. It’s upsetting because there’s a potbelly’s and jersey mikes around the corner that have no problem putting the proper proportion on a sandwich. It’s hard to tell if this is a joke or they are just really stingy and stupid.
