I don't know who was working this afternoon (3/8) or what the issue was, but our delivery order was absolutely atrocious. Whomever prepared our order did not do a good job at all, and it was seriously concerning. Placed delivery through doordash. Ordered 2 pick 2, both soup and sandwich. Simple. One soup was so hot you couldn't eat it. The other was so cold it was basically still frozen. The sandwiches were not what we ordered at all. The bread was hard as a rock for both, you couldnt even eat it. Received turkey wheb we ordered chicken. No mozzarella on a sandwich it was supposed to come with. Added onions to another sandwich when we ordered without, also making that inedible. On top of this, The sandwiches were also completely thrown together, they were a mess. What was going on here? This is completely unacceptable and quite frankly abysmal. Whoever prepared our order did not know what they were doing, or did not care in the least and is completely evident. I've never had this bad of an experience from zoup. I haven't ordered in a while, but after this terrible experience I will not be back, and telling others to do the same.

Soup was delicious! I got a lobster bisque and it really hit the spot! The staff was amazing, kind, and went above and beyond! I hope they all have a nice week c: my fiancé says the chicken noodle soup was great too!

Love this zoup. Much better than 12 oaks location. Hard to find places to eat that have allergen information so readily available. All of the employees are so nice and never seem bothered by tastes of soup.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free products are clearly labeled.

What is the point of ordering ahead when they wait until you arrive to prepare the food, after having to wait in line?

Cozy place to dine-in with good food. Staff was friendly and very generous. Their bread bowls are fantastic, and they have options for extras I haven't seen at other similar places, like melted cheese and rosemary on it.

An amazing place. The owner is such a nice lady. Will let you try all the soups you want before you purchase. The soup, bread and sandwiches are always fresh. Inside is very clean and has a home feeling. Best place in all of the area to get a soup and sandwich. Much better than Panera. If you want a well done, "feel good soup", you should go here.
