I love seafood with a passion. Just wanted to try this place out and was extremely disappointed. I ordered hush puppies & a catfish basket. Hush puppies were okay 5/10. Catfish was a 2.5/10. It was rubbery. Smelled and tasted like the inside of an old refrigerator and honestly didn’t taste or look fully cooked. Worst catfish I’ve had. Glad I didn’t get the seafood bowl like I wanted because I would’ve went from disappointed to angry. Will never return. Don’t bother. There’s soooooo many other great seafood spots in metro detroit (for example Crazy Crab in Southfield)

The seafood boils are good and so is the service. They rarely mess up my order. The only possible negative is their spice level seems inconsistent, some days when you order extra hot spicy it's a decent level, but other days there will be no spice at all.

So disappointing -- the fried tilapia basket was not very good. The fish had a refrigerator-y taste and was very dry. Threw it out along with the fried okra that had the same taste and dryness. It really tasted like it was a day or so old. Also the ranch dressing for okra dipping comes in packets. Shrimp fried rice was ok. Just visiting the area for a few weeks but would not return here.

I purchased a seafood boil on 1/6/2023 I noticed some of the shrimp were not cleaned so I didn't eat them however I did eat 1 of the eggs and the crab legs afterward I experienced nausea stomach cramps and diarrhea I really believe I suffered food poisoning so needless to say I will not returning
