I thought it was just the one or two off times that I’ve come here and the lines just long, would have been the reason for the slow service. However, I’ve been sitting in this drive thru was 32 minutes, 16 of which were after I ordered. I still have one car ahead of me and have no idea what these employees are doing in this place. There was three cars in front of me in line the moment I got here….like….over 30 minutes to serve four cars

Two medium coffees and two strawberry cream cheese pies. What a way to start the morning. Everything was delicious. The counter service needs help. Need professionals who are not slow and know what they're doing. Other than that No complaints B+

When I receive my food and my French fries finally they dropped them in the grease right while you're at the window or before you get to the window to pick up your food so the fries are always hot now but it didn't used to be that way! There shake machine is always down and I wonder if this is a global thing cuz every McDonald's I go to if I go on the same day to three different McDonald's they're strawberry they don't have the strawberry shake which is my favorite!

Trying to be fair I really don't eat fast food. The cashier was doing her best. I'm just not sure the management cares about the details. Someone has to see the front glass has dried ketchup that looks like blood, and maybe it is? There is 5 inches of hair in glass that makes a customer think of representation, does your staff care? So if you drop food would you still serve it? It looked disturbing nasty.
The atmosphere was cool and laid back, but the fries were luke warm, paid $1 for extra BIG Mac sauce on the burger and the burger was still dry.
