Great staff, but very poorly managed. Takes A LOT of time to get your food because they don’t have a good system for in-person orders vs online orders. Would recommend going to another location.

Was rushed an hour until close- repeatedly asked if I was ready yet. Ordered a sub then as it was being made wasnt asked about toppings. I did not want vinegar and as I told him I didn’t want it, the man took his hand and swiped off what he already poured on and continued making the sub, asked if I wanted it toasted but never got that far before he got irritated at me for asking it without certain items (onion/tomato/vinegar) 0/10 will not be back.

A great location! Grill top was clean, philly wasn't greasy, and was made just how I like it! They took my order over the phone while driving and let me pay there. They had it ready and made it exactly like I asked. I always ask for extra cheese and they made it perfectly cheesy! This will be my go to for Fridays after university. Especially since they will take my order over the phone and not make me pay. It's soo hard to pull out your card while driving so I love restaurants that let you pay in person.

First time trying a Jersey Mike's Sub, i went in very sceptical but was blown away with how good it was! The club supreme was easily the best sub I've had. Everything was clean an organized. Definitely would go back!....The only cons were i felt it was quite expensive, $18 for the full size sub. Also wish they had the option to be able to toast your sub. But still loved it ao can't complain to much.Vegetarian options: They had 2 sub styles that i seen that were vegetarian.Parking: Had no issues finding a spot to park.Wheelchair accessibility: The store is ground level, so there's no steps.

Jersey Mike's in general is a fantastic restaurant, but this specific one is amazing!! The owner, Ron, is nothing short of fantastic. Not only is he kind, generous, and down-to earth, the atmosphere that he creates is unmatched. I could not recommend this restaurant enough. Each time I go in I am welcomed and have such a pleasant experience. Ron is absolutely the best, and we thank you for your generosity and being a huge contribution to the Okemos/East Lansing area. Keep doing what you are doing because it is absolutely amazing! Thank you for everything you do!
The Philly steak was not good at all I didn't like the cheese they used and it was mushy.

Ordered online at approximately 9:00 am this past weekend (9/23). Got to the location to pick up my order that was supposed to be ready at 12:30 and it wasn’t ready until 12:57. If you are unable to get orders ready, email your customers, send them a text - let them know! You have our contact information.Adding to the frustration, employees continued to take orders in the restaurant instead of focusing on those already placed. There were also orders for 12:45, 1:00, 1:15…already made!We ordered ahead PAID AND TIPPED with a specific time in mind for a reason - we had plans. We had people to meet and they were expecting us, half an hour earlier.When you take my contact info and only use it for YOUR advantage, it doesn’t sit well.

I can't recommend Jersey Mike's Subs enough. If you're in need of a quick, delicious meal with fantastic service, this is the place to go. The staff's friendliness and efficiency truly make this location stand out. I'll definitely be returning for more of their mouthwatering subs in the future.
