For the most part the food was good. The steak, which was pretty expensive, was very overcooked which impacted my rating. The waitress was amazing and wish her all the best with the new addition to her family.

Food took a half hour to get. I never got the wine I ordered. We ordered 2 plates of sashimi. Very thin. 9 PCs for $13 each. 1 rainbow roll. I could barely see the fish. It all tasted fine. Something was up with the wasabi. I only seen one waiter. He did generously give us Ginger to go. Two greeters. Who were wasn't doing much. I was just driving thru. Oh and they didn't seem to know much about gluten free.

The first time I went there frankly the food wasn't very great. This was my second visit and it was every bit as entertaining as the first time I was there but after some drinking with friends, the company was very good, the "floor show" (cooking) was very entertaining and the food was VERY good this time, albeit I was mildly intoxicated at that point. It's a great place to eat with friends or family, terrific staff and talented chefs.

The atmosphere was nice.The server was not paying attention, we had someone in the group with an allergy and that was not shared with the cook.The food was not good at all the chicken was rubbery the steak was tough to chew, and the shrimp still had the tails on some and off on others.The server had the bills all mixed up had to redo them twice.

So we were sat at 550 and we were given waters immediately. It's now 630 and our waitress is nowhere to be found. How is this place in business.
Staff need to check on customers drinks and also not a lot of food and no desert after meal.

The Host was wearing blue jeans and an unbuttoned flannel shirt. The waiter was wearing a T-shirt and neither of them seemed to care less about us.$100 meal NO TIP for people who can't come to work in clean clothes!!

This place is always such a good place to stop and eat. Last night we had a birthday party there for my dad, they we were able to bring in a cake and they put it in the refrigerator for us. The staff were super kind as well as everyone else who ate there.

Service from the start was weird, two teenagers running up front. Seemed very confused, and manager on duty was rude. Messed up one of orders, and then proceeded to put the whole table on one bill. We were a party of two... the grand river location was much better.
