Bad Brad’s is definitely BAD!! Over priced BBQ. Keep your $100 for selected reviews. Waitress Brooklyn was nice and did her job the best she could. Who ever delivered my son’s drink on the other hand needs to learn the value of customer service.We’ll start with the menu!! If you are going to up charge items like Mac n Cheese don’t include the in grouping. Just put them separately. It’s makes it look like you’re nickel and dime your customers. Also why do you have to use one of your sides to get cornbread? That should be a standard with any order.Let’s talk portions!! The reason why we enjoy BBQ is quality and quantity you get. Not here!! Quality was sub par and quantity was disappointing. It was just over priced.I guess my expectations were too high for Bad Brad’s.

Olivia was a great server. We went here May 8 for my birthday. We went for lunch around 11:30.Atmosphere only gets a 3 bc it was a gorgeous sunny 72 degree day and their patio wasn’t open yet. Bad Brads food has always been amazing- I ordered the bad brads burger and husband got the big Jimmy. Mac and cheese and fries both delicious. I will say the fact that they don’t do their own chips anymore (they give you a prepackaged bag) coupled with the fact they raised their prices and give smaller portions makes us think twice before eating here now. There are closer places less expensive- They have changed a lot since Covid here at this location (23 Mile was the one we first discovered- but new Baltimore was the first) so we don’t go here often. They are always hiring so I’m assuming staffing is an issue. Maybe they need a better manager so people will want to work there? This is the Orion location off of Baldwin Road.

The food had plenty of flavor and Melissa provided excellentservice and really knew the food! I had the pig candy and burnt ends pizza. My only criticism is that the pizza is rather flimsy instead of crisp, so you have to fold it in half to eat it, but I still ate the whole thing lol.

Great place for family dinner! All BBQ meats were delicious, with the ribs being a standout. We also enjoyed two orders of pig candy for our appetizer. Our server Brooklyn was very sweet and fast to refill waters. Looking forward to coming back!
