A simple request to make a small round pizza with thin crust turned into a 3” thick pie. Not what I ordered at all. Plus I paid for double cheese and a quarter of the pizza had no cheese whatsoever with just dough showing. Poor customer service!
Great pizza, terrible customer service. Im a regular at this particular Jet's and generally have good luck here...with today being the exception! I ordered delivery and got a small salad. When it got here it was wayyyyy smaller than normal/filled considerably less than what I am used to...so I figured I would call and see if there was something that somebody could do! All that I got was a simple "sorry", no "we'll send you out a fresh salad", or "we'll credit your bill"...just "sorry". I inquired further to see if "sorry" was the best that they can do, and according to the manager I was speaking with, apparently "sorry" is all I get! I am a small business owner and have worked in retail for years...I deal with people every day and when somebody has a valid complaint you are supposed to try to remedy it! "Sorry" does nothing! Correct the problem without inconveniencing the PAYING (REGULAR) customer! Very disapointed!

Each time I have visited this location the staff has been nice and pizza, wings and cheese bread have been good. Ranch is amazing.
