This location sucks all around. The store is disgusting on the inside and needs some serious TLC.Orders are often wrong and the associates often attempt to pass old pizza that have been sitting in the warming trays at lunch time as fresh pizza's at dinner time.Last night I ordered a custom extra cheese and pepperoni, one that should obviously be fresh. Yet it had no pepperoni, lacked on extra cheese and was rubbery like it had been sitting in a warmer all day.

This store is gross. The walls, the floor, the ceiling. The lobby smells bad and is filthy. I asked for well done crazy bread and it was pale and raw like usual. The employees actually had touched the upper part of where they placed the orders and were grossed out by how greasy it was. Did they clean it? No. Why would they do that? They just looked at each other and made faces.Embarrassment to the franchise.

Now here’s a cool place that I recommend that anybody wants to go to and that’s called Little Caesars in Lake Orion Michigan. What a wonderful company that we have in Lake Orion Michigan. Their pizzas are excellent. I love their staff. Their staff are friendly when you go in there and get your pizza it just the way that they run their business it’s like running it’s it’s friendly for families to go in and get pizza and if you have a question to answer it they also have people that deliver pizza and that’s awesome. The delivery services pretty good there online service when you going to get your pizza is awesome there’s not much bad I can see about this company because his companies is really cool.

I’m not sure what’s changed in the last 4-6 weeks or so. But I am a die hard little Ceasars fan. Weekly pizza and breadsticks is the norm. Lately the pizzas have been dry. No sauce. Barely any toppings. And today I felt that the garlic cream cheese with my bread sticks looked as though someone had already eaten out of it. Not just myself thought this but my daughter as well. I took it back to the store and described that even though I will give you the benefit of the doubt. And I would hope this wasn’t the case. It did look like the cheese had been used. The young man. That said he was the “boss” said they would never do that. Even so. To loose a customer over not willing to replace the $1 product. Not good business. I won’t be back. And I am looking into whom manages or owns the store/franchise.
THE WORST!! Manager LOGAN does NOT seem to be able to take an order over the phone correctly! I ordered a the large SQUARE deep dish and, my husband stopped to pick it up. When he brought it in it was some HALF sticks and half CHEAPLY made pizza with hardly any pizza sauce! I called SPECIAL MANAGER LOGAN and politely told him he had gave my husband the wrong pizza. He told me that, that was what I ordered, because HE was the one that took my order! I NEVER order this kind of pizza. I only call in to order the SDD pizza! He told me that I was WRONG because he, in his best SPECIAL MANAGER SNOOTY voice, KNEW what I had ordered! He told me that he had NO solution for me and that I was stuck with a pizza I DIDN'T order and, don't even like or want !!! SPECIAL MANAGER LOGAN IF you CAN NOT write a simple order down and CORRECTLY, DON'T ANSWERED THE PHONE! ***Take the few extra minutes and go where they CAN and DO get the orders right, Little Caesars in Oxford! Shout out to the crew there!

Ordered a hot and ready half stix, half pizza.. The best!! Loaded with cheese, pepperoni.. Ordered a extramostbestest cheese and pepperoni, the WORST.. Thinner crust, almost NO cheese when there was supposed to be extra.. Called about it 25 minutes before close and offered to bring it in the next day..But the manager said it had to be before close even though he knew I had no mode of transportation to get back there, especially within 25 minutes.. Won't be going back there anytime soon.. Ps.. Given a stupid reason for why there was no cheese under the pepperoni, only bread on an extra cheese pizza.. The real reason is someone wasn't paying attention..

Raw PizzaI don't enjoy giving negative reviews, but this Little Caesars has a problem with undercooking their square pizzas that needs to be addressed. More often than not in the past half year, we buy a square pizza from this Little Caesars and get raw pizza dough. It's early 2023 at the time of writing this. Hopefully they improve. I'll change my review once they do.

Love this place with all of my heart the staff is nice and keeps everything short and easy the pizza is a great mix of lots of cheese and pepperoni and the convenience of a hot in ready is fantastic the pizza us also very cheap and affordable never had a bad experience here and I come here all the timeKid-friendliness: My kid loves this place and asks to eat here all the time the staff works fast and keeps everything short and simpleParking: There isn't many spots in front of the store but there is a whole open lot right across the street
