This is by far the worst Hungry Howies that I have been to. You have to mention every promotion to receive discounts even if no coupon is required. In the beginning of Covid, I went to pick up my order and they were slammed. I waited 5 minutes and didn't get acknowledged while I stood there. Always good service and good food. I have them deliver most of the time and order on the app. It could say 80 minutes but it's never been that long. Dinner rush it takes a little bit but never the estimated time.

My first experience with this Hungry Howies was take out. The employees were very nice and my order was prompt. From that point on I have had my orders delivered. The only problem I have ever had is that I have had to remind them to not burn my pizza. I always order a thin crust and in the beginning if I forgot to say don't burn it, they would.
