“My food was givin away while I shopped in the truck stop, and had to wait even longer. But the young lady who I think was the shift leader offered me a small shake for the wait! I was cool with waiting longer after that. Thanks. And the food was fresh. The guy in the black hoodie who took my order and didn't seem to care about giving my food to the wrong person, should put that phone away and maybe pay more attention. “We came here for dinner and sat in the bar. The server we had was excellent and the burgers were perfectly cooked. Love the cold slaw too. However there was a shrieking kid behind us and I wasn't aware that children were allowed in the bar. The evening would have been more pleasant without him. We are here for a long weekend and the hotel recommended that we come here.“

“My family is here at least twice a week. You will not find a better service staff in the area. Food is delicious and they offer chefs specials on weekends and keeps the menu rotating. As a family dealing with gluten allergies, this is a great place to keep on your list if you have special food requirements. They are very careful with customer food needs. Can’t say enough good things about the staff and management. Thanks Holly and Aaron for always providing top notch food and service to our community.“

“Last week we had our family lunch at Charlie's. Great venue for a private together. Nice room located away from the main restaurant. Our waitress Jillian was awesome. Great personality and very attentive to everyone's needs. Food was all serviced at the same time, and the fish and chips was a big hit with our group.“

“Enjoyed the food and drinks. The menu is a bit limited for someone looking for "healthy" choices for a meal. Service was really good. The waitress was friendly and interacted with our table. We were seated quickly and our food came in a timely fashion.A lot of TVs to watch various sports. A mixed crowd of people....all ages. Worth going back again for lunch or dinner.“

“For the past several years, this store has donated an ice cream sundae to my 4th grade students as a reward for completing a math multiplication challenge. The owner Monica is the sweetest to help us out and has been so generous. This is the favorite treat my students get each year and they work hard to get it!“

“My family and I have been coming to this Dairy Queen for over 20 years. And the blizzards are our usual go-to. We get the reese peanut butter cup blizzard most of the time. I planned on getting a cherry freeze for myself and 2 blizzards for my hubby and son but their slush machine was broken which is why I gave them the 4 stars and the employee that took my order wasn't very friendly. Normally the employees are a little more friendly or at least smile etc she just seemed annoyed and that just kills your experience especially when you're going for ice cream. Everyone knows ice cream means HAPPINESS! LOL“

“First time visit to Charlie's for my girlfriend and myself, wow. For a little hole-in-the-wall we both left with full stomachs very glad to have stopped. My girlfriend wanted ice cream, I was more interested in the burgers. She order a burger with her liking of topping and tots and I got myself a double burger with cheese because the photos online made the single burger seem small. After we ordered we quickly received our food and I was blown away by the size of the patties! Thick patties, cheese melted wonderfully. I also ordered the all beef hotdog with just ketchup, keeping it simple. Talk about simply fantastic. The hotdog was without question top 3 I've ever eaten. I forget the exact flavor she order for the ice cream but she said it had little chocolate chunks she could not stop eating. TL:DR - Would recommend even as a non-local, will be coming back here again!“

“Their chicken shawarma plate and wrap are FANTASTIC! The hummus plate with veggies and pita is also very good, especially the pickles. Their servings are generous and the attached mini-grocery is packed full of awesome Mediterranean goodies. The workers are kind and helpful. I wish where were more tables to sit at, but we've still been there multiple times because the food is soooo good!“

“While at the Franklin Mall, I decided to try this placeout. Ordered the Titan Burger and boy! it certainly lived up to its name! 8 patties and slices of cheese all in one bun. The food was HOT when I got it. So hot that I burned the inside of my mouth. I figure that with all those cooked patties stacked together, it just amplifies the heat. It was also a little too salty for my liking, again probably from all those patties being put together. I must say, it certainly filled me up. I didn't have room for the fries I ordered. They needed more people working at the place as I noted that there were only 2 persons working in the back preparing the food along with the counter person taking the orders. Being in a busy mall in the middle of a Saturday afternoon, it did take a while for everyones orders to be made. Can't imagine what it would be like during a lunch hour rush. While the Titan Burger lived up to its name, next time I'll order something smaller.“
