My daughter brought home a sampler box of treats from Defying Gravity Bakery. We had cake pops (super moist), decorated sugar(cute and the icing not too sweet) cookie, molasses cookies, chocolate chip cookies, decorated vanilla cupcake, apricot kolache (very tender dough), and even a strawberry pop tart. Everything was so delicious. It's hard for me to pick a favorite, although my boys might just pick the chocolate cake pops!
I ordered cake pops (chocolate and vanilla) for a company party, and Defying Gravity did not disappoint! The cake was so moist and flavorful. My jaw would have dropped had it not been filled with cake! They also matched my company colors (periwinkle blue). Btw, did you know they have a DRIVE-THRU??
