Out of alot of stuff & they said they could make a very selection of sandwiches, friend had procedure done & couldn't eat for almost 2days b4, he was worried & I told him to just keep telling me about which Subway sandwich he wanted to stay positive, got there, he was ready to eat, he asked for the sandwich he wanted, Subway sub maker: we're out of all meats for that, friend: what all meats do u have to make sandwich with, salami & ham, her: do u still want it? Him: can u just add more salami & ham to make up the difference from missing meats? Her: I'd have to charge u double meat(rude af). Him: are u serious? What do u have then? Her: tuna mostly cause short on all meats, but I can add more salami & ham if u pay the fee to add double meat. Him: Nope cause, why pay for double meat when u don't have all the meats to start with? Her: not my problem! Him: Good day! Walked out went to different location & got all meats & we pd for his to be the double meats.

Men's bathroom does not open from the inside, and Subway knows about this extremely unsafe hazard. I was lucky someone open the door from the outside.
Friday Night shift the past the few weeks does not know how to keep the veggies and sauces in the sandwich and not on the wrapper. Had to put more sauce on when I got home because it all went into the paper. What happened to making sure everything is in and won’t make a mess.

To be honest, this store is always a joke. Every time I walk in there is MAYBE one person at the front - possibly one person in the ENTIRE store, I’ve seen a second staff member working MAYBE twice. I ordered Door Dash and couldn’t put a special request to have a small amount of Jalapeños on my sandwich, Door Dash stated “This store doesn’t take special requests and would like you to call if you have one!” I submitted the order and called for 17 minutes straight and not a single time did the phone ever get answered. I’m not surprised, but I’m over it. This store is a joke. It’s always dirty, so I never eat inside. I absolutely love Subway and get it often, but every time I go to this store, order for pickup from this store, or get delivery from this store, I’m sure to be disappointed. Considering this is a VERY ongoing issue, I truly believe this is a management problem.
