Absolutely horrible Subway. Please do not waste your time going here. (Not that I even wanted to.) Apparently when you order through Subway it goes to DoorDash and Subway will offer NO help on your order. Wasted an hour driving here in the middle of winter with no heat, just for them to tell me they will not remake the sandwiches that were delivered wrong or offer a refund. They called managers in and the second one came, he was mad that he had to do his job and screamed at me to get off the phone with the person that actually ordered the food. When I gave him the same attitude back, he gave me a “permanent ban” and threatened to call the cops for a 5 foot little woman intimidating him and his employees. Don’t waste your time at this restaurant, they’re bums that can’t even make a sandwich off of a list right. Give it a few weeks and hopefully they’ll all have been fired and new staff will be in.

Do not go to this subway, unless you want to cry into your food! My sub was all right and was made correctly, but the manager was yelling and screaming at all of her employees! The whole time I was ordering my food and trying to eat my food, I didn’t think she would stop. I felt so bad for the workers for having to deal with that plus the other customers that had to witness this as well. I will not be returning and advise you save yourself the trip.

At the Wolf lake location in paw paw Michigan, I was told that I could only get the sub the way it was recommended on the menu. I could not get the items of my choice on my sandwich. That kind of defeats the purpose of going to Subway. We're not exactly talking about a fancy sandwich shop, it's bottom of the barrel Subway that you go to when you are in a hurry. I used to go there a lot because of the convenience. I will not be returning.

Very disappointed! Today during the lunch hour, I went to subway for a foot long Sweet onion Chicken teriyaki sandwich. I was watching the young lady making my sandwich and I noticed she was putting plain cubed white chicken on my bread. I stopped her and told her I wanted the Chicken Teriyaki, she said this is the chicken teriyaki. I said it’s plain cubed Chicken. I was told the teriyaki came at the end of making my sandwich! Hummmm, ok! So my Chicken Teriyaki sandwich turned out to be a white plain cubed chicken sandwich with sweet onion sauce( which I got at the end) ! It was a dry, plain, nasty sandwich!!!!
