My wife and I come here all the time for breakfast. We love it! Came for lunch today. Still amazing. I want to reward them with a five star review but dont want too many people vying with us for a table. Truly amazing homestyle food and friendly atmosphere.

Exactly what we were looking for when we decided to go out for a home cooked breakfast. We were able to find a seat at the counter and were quickly greeted for drinks. I ordered pancakes and my wife had the biscuits and gravy. Though the food took a long time, we will excuse it because they were very busy. The pancakes were fluffy and very good.I can definitely see us returning in the future.

The Mandwella Effect

This was my second time dining in this old timey, nostalgic filled, small town diner. I was so thrilled I could share the experience of this restaurant with my entire family. We all came in on 1/09/24 and had a great time together. Kelly was the only waitress working that day due to being down a server, but she handled a full house as if it was nothing. The owner is a nice guy and his wife is a fantastic cook who handles the grill like a natural born professional. I personally witnessed the owner get up from a four seater table, so that some gentleman could sit down and order and enjoy their meal. I swear the customer service here is truly exceptional and the food itself never disappoints. The prices here cannot be beat with all the food that comes with your breakfast choices. My youngest son kept raving about how his blueberry pancakes were the size of his head. That is not an exaggeration either! The coffee is always hot, fresh, and forever flowing. My fiancé ordered the “Big Breakfast” and it was quite BIG indeed. My two teenage sons ordered the burgers that I attached pictures of below to this review. For an extra $3.99 you cannot go wrong with upgrading it to the deluxe, which comes with french fries and a fountain drink. There is a lot of old school pictures, dedications to veterans, and Coca-Cola memorabilia that decorates the walls and shelves all around on the interior. It is definitely a blast into the past and a real treat to see what it was like back in the day when this restaurant first came about. There is two entrances and exits to this place. One is out front and the other is on the backside of the building. The bathroom is unisex and is clean and well maintained.Granted the original owners have passed on, you can enjoy the delicious comfort foods, hospitality, and family like atmosphere that diner offers to all.Parking: There is street parking located out in front and there is separate parking directly behind the building.

Small but amazing. You may have to wait a few minutes for a table but it is all worth it.Very friendly staff and AMAZING, actual home-cooked food. The prices are very reasonable, as well....especially for the quality of food you are served.
