So I'm a truck driver, and setting at the truck stop here in Pinconning. Was looking for places to order from. Ran across pizza dude. I called and asked for a bit pizza . The guy was friendly. The proceeds to tell me they are out of lettuce. So we hung up and I relooked on their menu. He called me back and said, if I still wanted the blt he would run out to the store to pick up lettuce. On the road with my truck driving husband and decided to give this place a try after having to spend the night in town! First of all, the gentleman that answered the phone was EXTREMELY courteous and friendly… most people now days do not know customer service when answering phones. He took our order down and read it back to make sure it was correct and even made sure we called the correct town when ordering. Very nice man! First time in the area from PA visiting family and wanted to pick up food on the way to Bay County Park. They recommended Pizza Dude and it was a great choice. Limited staff with only one guy working but he did a great job and had our order ready within a half hour.(couple pizzas and grinders) I didn't catch his name but attentive and hard working. Great food.
