I luhh I’m this place. For a chain sub shop, 5 stars, not much atmosphere as it’s more a grab n go, but the food is tasty (a bit pricey but worth it considering I can cook at home) and the people are kind despite working at a fast food place which usually is unpleasant for them. Definitely gonna enjoy this food again sometime. I come here like once a month.

Subs are always fresh. I can only recommend the regular eight club because that's when I ever buy. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I love Jersey Mikes #43!! This is my favorite JM to go to, the staff is always so friendly and you can tell the manager cares about her job and her staff. It's nice to see now a days.

Update to this review:The owner reached out personally to apologize for the experience. Along with that he refunded the entire order. I’m impressed by the professionalism and kindness shown by Garrett the owner. He truly made things right. This has led me to change the rating of the original review. We are looking forward to giving this location another try with hopes of a positive experience. Thank you Garrett!I’m so incredibly disappointed to have to write this review as this location has always been our go to whenever we are in the Ann Arbor area. The employees have always gone above and beyond especially for my two sons that have anaphylactic dairy allergies. Today was a different story when my mom brought my son in to place a carry out order. Upon arriving they were the only customers in the store, the employees had bad attitudes and made it appear that it was an inconvenience to slice the meat on the separate slicer so that it wouldn’t touch cheese. The employees kept the bad attitudes throughout the entire time my mom and son were there. There were no lids for the kids cups with no offer to upgrade to a cup with a lid. Upon driving home the 45 minutes it was discovered that one sub was not placed in the bag. I have been trying to call for the last 30 minutes with no answer. This is incredibly disappointing. I hope for this to be made right starting with a refund. Absolutely unacceptable.

The subs were good but not happy with the service as all 3 of the servers asked us our order and reacted very rudely! And also pointed out to answer the top question once I asked of if I can do Apple pay!Maybe it’s just a northern thing and not done in Florida! Anywho, not going there anymore! During this visit to my daughter in Ann Arbor!?

I'm ashamed to admit this, but I only recently got involved with Jersey Mike's. After experiencing severe "sub shop disappointment" over the years, I nearly gave up on the submarine sandwich. Fast forward to now, and we've already taken the next step, as I've already ordered here enough to redeem a free sub with my points through the app. You could say it's getting serious. I look forward to this relationship lasting for years to come.

We had a large office order today and I ordered a grilled portobello sub with specific instructions "ensure no meat due to religious reasons". Order was placed on their website online.They proceeded to give me a full chicken sub, not even a mushroom. Had to give it away.Vegetarian options: Asked for vegetarian and was given chicken.Dietary restrictions: Absolutely do not care

Spent $95 for a boxed catering lunch and they couldn't provide plates and cups?? Did not include a sandwich # chart so my customers know what to chose. Will NEVER use this location again!!!

Editted: Generally great, but I actually went later in the evening just recently, and they didn't have bread to make a regular.sandwich. Who is in charge that they don't have enough bread for the day?

I was near the place and decided to stop in to gran a bite. I was served pretty quickly. I ordered a small Italian sub. They freshly sliced the meat and I suggested the various toppings. It was friendly service and pretty quick. I love their subs. They are fresh and delicious. They also have special discount dsys. I will definitely plan on coming again.
