Although I enjoyed my chicken wrap, the Sprite I ordered with my meal was not sweet and had a mildew taste to it. The syrup level needs to be adjusted and the machine needs a thorough cleaning. Such a shame as I ordered a large-sized drink to take with me to work, I had two small sips and dumped it out. Bleh!

We have placed orders online and in the drive thru and each time the results are the same. Sandwiches are almost always made wrong, chips are forgotten, and the staff is not very friendly.

Had a rough day on Friday and decided to get jimmy johns in plainwell for lunch. I was greeted with friendly faces as I walked in. Couldn’t decided what I want and the worker was more than willing to help give recommendations. A ton of smiling faces, made my day better.

Absolutely horrible customer service and the so called night manager is a joke as well. MANY times I’ve placed online orders and asked and been charged for Cheese or other things and haven’t gotten them and I’ve asked for other certain things like names on them and haven’t gotten them finally tonight I called and he had the nerve to tell me he was rushed to make our order because we got there a few minutes early so it was a mistake on making the subs and not doing what was asked he had the nerve to tell me my husband rushed them (go back and Watch video evidence he never once rushed them) all they have there is teenagers that apparently don’t know how to read orders and make them correctly because they would rather screw around and talk/be on their phones. Good thing I don’t have an allergy to anything they put on the subs that are asked to NOT be on there. Why is it so hard to read an order and follow the directions? My order was placed at 6:33pm on 2/21/2024 for a pick up at 7:15 my husband got there at 7:10 and they rushed to make the sub for what reason? Who knows!!!

On Feb. 12 I ordered an#14 Unwich wrap. The attached photo shows the mess. It ha less meat and was loaded with shredded lettuce. It was not wrapped at all or cut in half. Never again.

That meal was so bad I deleted the app and will never order again. It took 50 minutes to get our food, which was two sandwiches with sides and drinks. Total with 20% tip was $36!?Two meh sandwiches. Hard to mess up chips but this pasta salad they are serving is fit for the compost pile at best.The value is gone. The service is gone. When I called after 30 minutes to make sure they got my order I was brushed off with excuses that my order came in "late" compared to the other three?The delivery person pulled onto my lawn instead of using the driveway. WTH?!Ya'll suck on a good day. Done with you.
