The food is great, but they can't get orders right. I understand it happens. I used to work in a restaurant. However, almost every time I go here, something's wrong or missing. I even ordered from the app this last time. It even says 4 barbeque sauce on the receipt and 4 honey mustard. Instead I got 2 honey mustard and 2 ranch! Clean, friendly, staff working hard and gave me my order very quickly and correct. Staff took the time out of their day to lighten moods, put a smile on my face and was very professional as well. Hard to do in customer service. Thanx guys good

Morning shift employees are great and very kind, night shift doesn't know how to put anything more than ketchup on a burger. Not sure how this is the 3rd time in a short period where the dude making sandwiches has the inability to read "extra onions" and then apply those onions to a burger. As a veteran of mcdonalds (served for 2 years) can I just come in, make my own burger and leave? How are you incompetent at burger creation?
