Terrible experience. Food was wrong. Manager was very rude regarding it. Would not fix it. Told me to bad basically. How hard is your job, and how much do you hate your life to mess up orders that bad then proceed to blame the customer.

Manager is so rude and she was throwing food in garbage and used the same hand to make subway. The place was not appealing , it was nasty and unorganized. Not proper hygiene maintained. We walked out. Don’t use drive through here.Vegetarian options: This place is not for vegetarians.

I just want to say thank you, I didn't know what I wanted to eat tonight but I knew it wasn't subway. My girlfriend on the other hand would accept nothing other than subway. Ultimately my hand was forced and I had to purchase subway. With disappointment, I got home, sat down and looked at the most perfectly put together subway sandwich I have ever witnessed. A truly unbelievable performance here, whichever theoretical physicist put this sandwich together 1000% deserves a promotion to be the CEO of subway. My disappointment was met with an unstoppable force of beauty and I will be forever grateful.

I made an order via app set for 7:45 I went through the drive-thru. As soon as I pulled up they said they were closed! The hours said they were open til 9pm on Thursday. A different employee told me to drive forward super confusing experience. Oh and my food was hard and over toasted bread, onions on a sandwich I didn't even order onions on. Cmon guys do better.

Very rude service. Sub ordered in the app and the money was deducted but the store didnt get it but it took the money. The store said they cant cant help with refunds even though he has an actual order number for the food. we didnt get the food. Was left to figure out how to get a refund. I will be looking to contact the manager. Not another penny of ours will go into that store. The one by Home Depot in plainwell.

Don’t know what is going on, but very disappointing. I have tried going to this subway twice at around 8pm and they close at 9. It is posted everywhere they close at 9. I have showed up to closed signs at 8, drive through closed, and 3 girls standing at the counter chatting.

Love subway.Would it be too much to ask to update the Doordash website?I'd be awesome if we had the opportunity to select to have our sub toasted.Just ordered a Steak and Cheese Wrap and it was cold.Maybe it's just me, but I don't know anyone who would think a cold steak sub would be appetizing.I'll just not order this again though Doordash.Also why isn't the Pizzas that Subway offers on the online menu either?Parking: Humungous pothole when turning into the driveway while heading west

I want to give a big shout out to Dylan at the Plainwell, MI Subway. I spent 40 mins trying to place an order for 2 footlong subs, tonight and not getting the offers to apply on my order. Tt would not work. I was on my 5th time trying have my order apply the code when I decided to call the store. The young man was so nice. He took me order and said he would take care of it. I just needed to pay at the store when I picked it up. When I got there it was already. And get this. He is only 17 years old and attending one of the local high schools and the Votech Center. I would have thought that he was in his 20s on the phone, but when I arrived to pick up my order, I realized, he was very young. He handled every thing with great confidence, no excuses and was glad to give great customer service. Both his boss and his parents should be very proud to have a young man be able to take charge and and be so responsible. And to top it off, when we took our subs out of the bag at home, we found 2 cookies with a note that said, 'Sorry for troubles' -Dylan. Wow! This young man will go places in this world because he knows how to treat customers and get it right for them. I'm a teacher in the area, so I know when I see great character and work ethic! Thank you, Dylan. The best to you in your future endeavors.

My boyfriend n I went here we was playing around laughing n they looked like rhey was mad. SORRY we play n laugh ( nor really sorry tho ) food wasn't the best but normally it's good.
