We did an on-line order. They have messed up before on our orders before when doing an on-line order. But this time the order was right. Nothing missing and all the extras were on the burgers. Our food was fresh and hot when we picked it up.

My burger was old and dry, it had obviously been sitting for a while before I ordered it. The bun was soft and fresh. The fries were not fresh, they were cold and squishy. The place was dirty. The table legs, seats, screens, ledges... it wasn't clean. I don't expect much from McDonald's, but this was the worst one I've ever been in.

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve been to in the area. They told me to pull into curbside spot initially then I proceeded to wait 20+ minutes for my order to come out but ended up having to go inside after waiting so long for two hamburgers, fry and a Frappe. They forgot about my order as well when I asked where my food was . Won’t be coming back to this awful McDonald’s

This morning October 4th 2023 went to McDonald's on Ann Arbor Road in Plymouth Michigan ordered breakfast no one knew l was there until l spoke up they should not be open if they do not have the help to staff the restaurant. I hope someone enjoys the 2 Egg Mcmuffins 2 Hash Browns and 2 Milks.I will never be a customer again.

I shouldn't have to come back through to get my order. Please work with your kitchen and expeditors.

As of 9/26/23, still not 24hrs CHANGE YOUR POSTED HOURS!They are NOT 24 hrs... Lights were on but appearantly they didnt want to serve us. They cane out to the line and told us to go away, they closed.
