Nicest people! Issue with our order and AJ could not have been kinder, or more thorough. Yummy food!

My favorite Panera to go to. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Never have a issue with food. I do not get coffee while I am here so I cannot comment on the issues some have written about. The drive through is very popular. Traffic in the parking lot can be a little dangerous if you are coming at dinner times. The 5 mile and Beck road intersection is always backed up so keep your head on a swivel when entering or exiting. A go to place in my book.

Everyone who works at this location is so friendly!! My 18 month old son and I have been coming to this Panera together almost every week since he was born. Many of the employees know us by name and everyone always goes above and beyond to ensure we feel welcome and are helped in a timely manner. Whether we go through the drive through or eat inside, our day is always made by the friendly encounters with the staff.

Very less portion for the soup. Barely half the bowl. Not coming back, poor value!

Fast service. Order was prepared accurately. My only tiny complaint is that the ordering kiosks are way too close together.

I would never eat here because of the price alone but I pick up alot of door dash orders and it's always a long wait even if no one is there, the kitchen always looks dirty and the people move like snails, not worth

I go here to meet with a friend once a week and get a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I find the staff very friendly and cooperative. This place is always busy on Tuesday morning because of a special on bagels.Parking: Always able to find plenty of spaces near the restaurant.

Great service. The chili was not good. Real heavy on the MSG or might be a strong spice. Sandwich ingredients were low quality. The bread was pretty good though. $52.75 for two lunch entrees. That is crazy expensive for the low quality food.

I work nearby and hit the drive thru today on my lunch break. The woman working the window today (Corrine? Cosette? I couldn’t see her name tag very well) was incredibly warm and friendly, reminding me to add my rewards account to my order, and even letting me know I had a discount available! Her positive energy was so infectious that I had to leave a lovely review here. I’ll definitely be back for lunch more often!

I’d really like to thank Team Manager, Mike, for a wonderful experience this morning! My mom and I popped in for coffees and a bagel and were blown away by Mike’s friendliness and professionalism!

Wow what a terrible location. Have to take your order on the pad, which they have three way too close together. They were out of the normal bread, every 4 person table was dirty when I walked in, and out of every coffee. Really poorly managed.

Grilled cheese Sandwich was absolutely awful it was stuck to the paper. And tasted like paper. It was not grilled very well. The chicken noodle soup was cut up in little pieces and not hot. A wasted $10.
