I placed a drive thru pick up order. I might die here. It’s been 45 minutes. I’m still not at the window. I don’t understand how it takes 10+ minutes per order. This is insane.

We ordered food online to pick up, stood at windows for 5 min before someone came and rudely told us that the they closed early for lack of staff. No sign any where . Never going back there

Tacos? They got it. Burritos? They got it. And they got it right. The staff on tonight were very kind and let my partner and me in the lobby as we drive a large truck for work that won’t fit through the drive thru. Our order was out really fast and hit the spot. Thank you to the real front line workers ???

Laughably poor service. Completely inefficient, slow and incorrect. Gave them 3 separate chances (First, closed mid-day. Next, out of beef, but said they'd sub for steak -but gave us all chicken even after the Mgr said he checked the order himself. Lastly, can't receive mobile orders properly.)Bye Felicia...Dong!

I want to like this Taco Bell so bad. The employees are so nice, and the food is always amazing (the $6 cravings box is so worth it). But, the dining area is usually closed, and I order from the app and expect to be able to pick it up from the inside, but I have to wait in the drive thru line half of the time, which is very frustrating.

This Taco Bell is always short staffed. The dining room is almost always closed and they regularly get your order wrong. Since the drive through is the only way to interact with the staff, make sure your order is correct before driving away, including unwrapping each item and inspecting the contents.

Terrible place!!! They never get my order right ever!!! Food Is usually made wrong as well, always missing something. I don't know if the workers are just careless but it's ALWAYS something wrong, and it sucks because I don't have close food locations near me besides this tacobell .
