This was top 3 worst fast food experiences of my life and I’m 41 years old. Food was horrible. Orders were wrong. Staff was incompetent and lazy. Food took 20+ mins from the kiosk with us being the only patrons in and only 2 cars in the drive through, one which had to pull forward sit and wait just as long as us. This place is an absolute travesty. They just need to close it down

The first time going to this Wendy’s, I received half my order and was told to have a good day. I advised I was missing the other half and ultimately ended up handing the drive thru personnel my phone so they could complete the order. The second time going the same thing happened and I had to go inside to get it fixed so between ordering through the mobile app and the store receiving the order, something is messed up but I would ultimately return as everyone was very friendly with helping to get it fixed. It’s not the stores fault. Just know if you do a mobile order you may not receive the whole thing but no need to catch an attitude.

Place was filthy. Condiment dispensers were broken. no napkins in the holders.Burgers were over cooked and cold. Fries were dry and cold. Took 10 minutes to get our food with only one other couple in the restaurant and a couple of cars in the drive thru.Used to be a Wendy's fan but no more. Sad that this level of service is now the norm.

Did a mobile order pickup and there was only 1 lady in front of me it took them 10-20mins to make her a single combo and then I had to wait another 5 minutes for my food which you would have thought would have already been prepared. I'm just disappointed as this used to be great. I only ordered a double sandwich no combo with a orange frosty also 4 for 4 with a small drink

They put mayo on my burger 3 times in a row and this morning I ordered a large bisuits and gravy and received a small.The gravy was watery and after a couple bytes I tossed it in the trash.I love wendys but these people are on autopilot.
Ordered ahead on the app. At least a 7 car line in drive thru. Lobby was locked so couldn't go inside. Took 25 mins to get my order. Food was ok and so was the drive thru staff but good lord were they

Good was good but saw staff being rude to a guy who wanted to pay at the counter because he only had cash. The staff said no he had to use the kiosk and use card. He ended up leaving with no food. I can’t believe they don’t allow people to pay with cash.
