I ordered a 3 piece tender meal and 1 buffalo slider at 6:17ish on 3/18. The guy on the intercom said my total was $21. I said I no that wasn’t correct. Then a very rude female employee told me that was my total with a very rude tone in her voice instead of actually figuring out the problem first. It turns out that the guy on the intercom made a mistake and dialed in a 5 piece instead of a 3 piece meal along with a slider that was $15 which was correct! The whole point of this review is the female employee needs to leave her attitude at one home. That’s not how you talk to customers I don’t even feel comfortable getting food from anybody who talks like that! Do better!

My favorite fast food place. Not crazy about eating fast food, but when I do it's usually Arby's. Their shakes are the best. Jamocha especially. I like that they have a monthly specialty sandwich or item which makes it interesting.

They have horrible customer service. They always get the orders wrong and refuse to fix it. I don’t leave reviews usually but this time I went and there was a roach in the drive thru window. Everything is cold. This is an abomination of an establishment.
