The lady who worked the night shift at 10:55 PM on April 10, 2024 was so good at her job she made sure my food was straight. She made sure she was nice to us. She made sure we had everything in the bag. She was busy too. The line was long. Yeah, I need y’all to give her a raise. It was an older white lady with glasses and long hair. She was very kind ?

Ordered door dash from this location, spent $24 for my gf and I, and I tell you the food was so cold when it arrived we couldn't even finish it.This wasn't the door dasher fault, because he arrived within 20 mins after we placed the order. I assume, it just wasn't fresh upon pickup.Now here's why, im giving this bk 1 Star (as if our food wasn't enough of a reason)... we called and spoke with a night manager and she was pretty dismissive as she told us to take it up with door dash (even tho we told her it wasn't the drivers mistake). I essentially would have settle for another order, but she insisted that we take things up with door dash.Door dash did refund us, so everything is all good. If BK would have just did the order over it would have been all good.

Pre ordered for my lunch break and still waited for 15 minutes to get my
I went through drive thru on Monday around 1:15pm. There were only 2 cars in front of me. Took awhile to take my order, then they asked the cars in front of me to pull up, then me, then the car behind me. No clue if someone had a huge order, short handed or what. I felt bad for the young man that ran the orders out in the cold. I ordered a whopper jr combo with no cheese. I got cheese and there was one piece of lettuce on the burger, it was good otherwise. The fries were hot and fresh. Best part of the meal.

I’ve been going to this Burger King for about a year now . And today just threw me off . Their was no ice at all. My two large cokes were very warm . I ordered two whoppers ( the large ones ) and she gave me two of the whopper juniors ( which I did not ordered) . Also I ordered some chicken fries . ( completely stale and cold ). I’m actually a little disappointed. Definitely needs to improve next time .

Will never come being rushed out the dining room by the manager saying her supervisor is coming I was still eating my meal while she said it I'm a paying customer and get treated like which I can't rush eating do to me having cancer I have to force myself to eat and being rushed out was very wrong will never return to this restaurant very rude lady
