Took 20+ minutes to pickup a doordash order, for a pizza and breadsticks... I watched this lady have the order sitting in front of her ready for about 5 minutes while she prepared an entirely separate order, as slow as possible all while ignoring me at the window. Got an extremely late contract violation as a result, so here's this.

During business hours they will lock the store and leave the restaurant just to run next store to the party store. Don’t place your order online, they don’t make it before you get there or while you are on the way. I’ve waited 40min after ordering online for them to give everyone else hot n ready me before starting my order even though I ordered and paid online before everyone that just arrived. #$15anhour you earn it

Little Caesars has good tasting food. The service had me sort of wondering what else was on the menu for sale when I noticed that the cashier had on see-through spandex. Distasteful and inappropriate for a family friendly environment. As we move closer to warmer days, when I want Little Caesars, it won't be this location.

Not sure what the problem is but… I placed my order at 6:35 pm on a Saturday night, my confirmation said it would be ready at 7:05/7:10pm. I get there at 7:15/7:20pm. They said they just put my order into the oven and it would be another 20 minutes. It seemed like there was alot of workers but there was a line of customers all waiting and mad that their orders weren’t ready. Went home and came back at 7:50pm and my order was finally ready. I don’t come here often but this is a reason to not come back. The staff was nice but nice alone ain’t gonna cut it. Y’all gotta do better than this.

Horrible experience here with the current manager. I had multiple pieces of nasty hair (blonde and black) on my pizza and inside of the box. Did not expect to be told there was nothing she could do. The laziness of her response made it even more worse after she showed how much she didn’t care. That was the most trifling food I’ve ever received from an establishment and the absolute worst customer service from an “manager”.
They never let me down. Pizza is always hot, fresh and good.

I ordered about an hour before they closed and out of no where they told my door dash driver I cancelled the order (I did not). The driver was nice enough to go the store to sort it out and at that point my delivery time went from 9:55 to 10:26 and even now it moved to 10:50. I don’t want to make accusations but I’m pretty sure they tried to cancel my order so they wouldn’t have to make a late delivery. As I’m writing this I just got notified it’s been canceled and now the 8 people at my house are without pizza.
