Honestly. This is the worst location I've been to, I understand being busy, I do. But if you have one person handling the orders that come inside, why the hell are you having them run drive thru orders out when there are 5 of y'all running the drive thru? Makes absolutely no sense. There's a worker there, an old women with very white hair, who is extremely rude, was very condescending towards the cashier who was trying to do her job while being yelled at by the person running the drive thru. This place needs some help badly. Bc it shouldn't take almost 25 minutes for 2 basic drinks and donuts. Id rather go to the dunkin thats right now the road or get up early and go to the location on crooks. Bc I've been to busier locations with better communication skills and have had my drinks out quickly and make correctly

Got a turkey and bacon club with hashbrown and coffee bread was hard and hashbrown was hard and cold the coffee was only thing I enjoyed and went to use the restroom and almost got sick from the nastiness and so filthy please don't waste your time or money here plus the customer service so rude

I just Went up there this morning to get some food for my children. Before school, the lady who took my order was completely rude was rushing me through my order. Giving me an attitude once I got to the window. She gave me my drink. I said thank you so much. She just slams the door Super fast, I call up there talk to the manager to tell them that the girl was very rude and should see if shes having a mad day if so she should take a break because, she might run into someone who isn't so nice ans understanding and then the girl who answered was very rude as well. And hung up on me. Honestly out of all fast food places ive gone to i have not ran into a rude employee ever. Surprisingly! Very unprofessional.

I hate going in the morning, this has happened multiple times, I go to this tim Hortons alot on my way to work but it's usually around 3 lately my work has me starting early in the morning so I still swing by, and it's the same lady that works the drive through window, she never smiles she always rushing me, and I worked in customer service so I always try to be nice, but I don't get why she works their if she hates her job, dirty looks at me when I pull up never smiles told her have a good day shuts window in my face, I will not be going back their in the morning if they can't get a staff that is decent in the morning, we all don't want to be up this early but no reason to be rude especially when someone else is trying to be nice

Ordered a B.E.L.T bagel sandwich, received a BLT with no egg instead. However, my biggest issue was with the service at the drive through: the worker had AirPods on and said zero words to me. It was uncomfortable and I will not be going back.
