Came here at 6 pm drive thur was packed. We went in, and no one was in the restaurant. worker working drive thur with manager. Lady acted confused and not knowing how to use the register. Finally, we took our order after 20 mins. Took another 20 minutes to realize they gave our food to the drive thur another guy employee had made it and was upset that no one listened to him. The manager and employee got into a heated argument. Told the employee to clock out. The employee said hey I sorry about that" before leaving. Took another 15 minutes to get food. Manager comp are food. I suggest serving drive thur and lock doors to inside and have employee better trained. I will realize that next time, too, as a customer to go somewhere else. It's hard to find good people for jobs. Hopefully, they are running better in the near future.

I come here consistently on my break and regardless of the day/time/line length almost every transaction I’ve had here was genuinely day ruining. The workers were the rudest I’ve ever met in customer service; I’ve ordered from here more than several times since March and never have I had a good experience. The woman in front of me asked the cashier not to swear at her and her kids and I’m pretty sure the cashier started cussing her out because she said something. The manager stepped in and 25 minutes after placing my order with 2 cars in front of me I pulled up to the window and who I assume was the manager practically yelled the price of my food at me which; wasn’t my food bc the person in front of me had left 15 minutes earlier; so i said, “no sorry I got the ___” and he rolled his eyes and just walked away and a whole different person brought me my food a little less than 5 minutes later. And glared at me when I didn’t drive away because they forgot to give me back my card. Every single time I come here almost every employee is rude plus the fact that it will take 20 minutes minimum to get your food. I’ve never seen someone employed be that incompetent let alone the entire location and it’s honestly disgusting that the manger of your business cusses out children with no shame.Kid-friendliness: They will cuss out you and your children for free! I come here generally between the hours of 6:00-7:00 pm. My food order is right and most of the time the food is hot. However where they fall flat: 1. they have always forgotten a straw, and I'm not always going somewhere where I can get a straw. 2. I never get my receipt. 3. The peppermint frosty was basically a vanilla frosty. Not much peppermint taste. 4. The frosty's always have so many air holes. The frosty cup is not tapped down so you don't actually get your money's worth.
