Felt sorry for the two very nice employees.. Have had a power outage in the surrounding areas for days.. People lined up including myself to get a sandwich... Can't believe how rotten some people can be cussing at them... They handled the situation with respect.. To bad the impatient idiots couldn't showed the same... Kudos the the girls.
Jessica was so nice and very accommodating even when we added a new order at the window. She was very nice about the inconvenience and didn't make me feel like it was one at all. Plus she made some good sammies!

I have always liked Jimmy John's. The subs are good. You can special order put on or take off items. They always get the order right. This past time the app had a glitch on it and did not place my order. When I got to the store my order was not there, I was flustered. The Worker had patience and and was not irritated.
