This is the best Subway in the entire Kalamazoo area .. in fact it is one of the best in the county. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the food is fresh. I very rarely am able to put up a positive review on restaurants in the area.. This is one of a very few.

The place is always clean. The biggest issue I have is we get subway coupons in the mail all the time which in the coupons it clearly lists the sandwiches that are excluded from the deal, but when you go to order they refuse to use them on like 90% of their menu. I don't seem to ever have an issue at the other locations I've been to. I'm assuming this locations owner must be pretty greedy to exclude more than what is listed on the coupon. I've also on two separate occasions have come in about an hour before close and they have already locked the doors and two of the employees just sat at empty tables on their phones instead of speaking to us. I'll choose to spend my money elsewhere from here on out.

This place was not too far off the Interstate and it was the snazziest Subway you will ever see ?? They even have a drive through! Good food, good sandwich techs putting them all together. Top notch location in 2023.

Went through drive-thru and they got my order wrong. They also asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Since when do you leave a tip for drive-thru fast food? I'm sorry if the employees aren't paid well, but tipping has gotten out of hand.The food itself was gross, way worse than I remember Subway being (long time since I've been to Subway). The service was polite, but they have to get the orders right.

My husband and I just stopped here to pick up lunch. Our bread was so fresh and soft and all of our meat, cheese and toppings tasted very fresh as well. The people running the store were very kind and had smiles on their faces. Very happy with our first experience at this location. Will definitely return when we’re in the area.

For the second time I got there before 8:00, like 7:45, and they were closed and cleaning (9th St location). I’m sure there are other times they’ve done this. If the sign says 8:00 you should serve customers until 8:00. I like this Subway but closing earlier than posted hours isn’t acceptable. No weather issues either time.
