Very nice little restaurant. We got there before 6 and it seemed like they didn't have much business but shortly after the place started filling up. Their sushi is fantastic. Some of the better I've had for the kalamazoo area. Pricing is also far better than what I expected. Service was prompt and kind. We will for sure be back. My adult children really enjoyed their bubble/bobba tea. My daughter even said she'd come back just for the tea.

We loved this place. I loved the chicken katsu. Unfortunately without the sauce the katsu is just...dry chicken. We ordered take out and the forgot the sauce. Okay. I called and asked to speak to a manager and was turned down but told I could have "free katsu sauce next time". When I said that wouldn't work for me the manager came on the line and offered me 10% off my katsu next time (she said they couldn't do anything else because we ordered on line). Okay so now I paid full price for a dinner that's essentially ruined and next time I can have 10% off? Very disappointed and we won't be back.

I meant to write this review when I was in town recently. I have been here several times from Miami and honestly, this family operated restaurant has exceptional food & service. This place has THE BEST coconut shrimp appetizer & side sauce I have ever had anywhere on this planet. It literally cannot get any better. The sushi which is usually what I eat is always very fresh and excellent, no matter which roll I seem to try off the menu. It is also some of the most consistent & best Sushi I have had anywhere in The States and travelling outside (which is strange being that it is a small establishment outside of Kalamazoo, Michigan of all places).Diners, Drive Ins & Dives owes this place some attention because it exceeds expectations. Keep the coconut shrimp coming !

Had a great dinner here! The food and drinks we had were excellent for the price. They had several vegetarian options-I highly recommend the udon vegetable soup! My husband got a spicy sushi combo and was stuffed. I have had better mochi from the grocery store, but it was fun to try. They did a small lightshow, song, and dessert for someone's birthday while we were there.Vegetarian options: Soups (udon, ramen, etc), sushi

We had an amazing experience at Ziki Japanese!! Our server was impeccable and the food was out of this world amazing!!! I always search for good sushi and everything we tried was fantastic. We tried the Gyoza, Kani and Seaweed salad, and one of the sex on the beach rolls! Absolutely delicious!

If I ever get sushi or hibachi meal it is here. Everything is always fresh and delicious. They give you a good portion too. Everyone is also extremely nice I love the lobster roll and if I get a hibachi meal shrimp and chicken. They devein the shrimp! They don’t have the hibachi tables that you sit at they cook it in the back but everything is excellent! Their food is amazing though. Very clean environment.
