On 8/29/23 this subway was experiencing technical issues so we couldn't use card to pay or collect points.Ok so i go to cash out and I have 2 coupons. One coupon scanned and the other didn't.The young lady that was working that night was bound and determined to help me get dinner for my family.So I asked her if she could get ahold of the manager(sweet young lady) to help with this matter and she promptly got on the phone and gave her a call and just like that I was able to get my families dinner as planned.Thank you subway in prescott you have awesome employees and manager.I'm NEVER disappointed when I leave you all are rock stars ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This time I went in there at 8:45p.m. they don't close till 9:00 but you can't get a sub after 8:40p.m. employee said that she was instructed by her management to tear everything down before 9:00. My problem is how are you supposed to serve food up until 9:00 if you never have the stuff ready. I couldn't even get my sub toasted, and this isn't the first time this is probably the 10th time I've been in there and been refused service or couldn't get what I wanted because they're halfway cleaned up. If you want your employees to be out at 9:00 then maybe you should close your restaurant at 8:00 or 8:30. It's ridiculous! I won't be shopping at this location again, I would rather give my business to a place that takes care of the customers and holds true to their hours.

I used to love the subway here! Lately the stock hasn’t been the same with bread and items! There is one worker who I swear don’t ever toast our subs. Been this way for a few weeks now and starting to get a little aggravated with it

So a young man open the door for me he told me thay was closed.he went and got a manager she can out and told me a order was never placed i provided it to her and then she began too be vary rude.she told me too talk to her boss in the morning that thare closed and thare wasnt a order placed that darling need too go from our little home town subway

Always great service. Food is fresh and location is convenient.
Wanted applewood pulled pork wrap but they don't have any prepared and it would take 20minutes or longer for them to go in the back and open some so didn't get pulled pork that I've never got to try. Counter in back had cheese and food all over it place was a mess didn't even have hardly any bread left. Nothing getting done. Should think about having 2 employees working at all times so you can actually have the food available that is in your menu. Unprofessional. Dirty. No management.
