We waited for over 15 minutes for food, and when I went in, the food had been done, just sitting on the hot pad. When the front cashier was asked why it hadn’t been bagged already, the response was “we don’t have a bagger.” I will never return to such an incompetent establishment.

On two separate occasions, I pull up to place my order and get told they'll be with me in a minute. After I'd been sitting there for what felt like quite a few minutes. Another car pulls up in the other lane, gets their order taken and pulls around while I'm still left sitting there

This was the worst McDonald's visit I've ever had in my life. I got pulled ahead for 3 small sandwiches. 20 minutes later I walked in because 6 cars received their food before me and we're parked after me. When I entered the manager was there talking to an employee. He had the audacity to lie and said he asked a few vehicles about the order I was waiting on, when I saw him check one vehicle and walk back in. Luckily he didn't lie about them remaking it and the food was fresh. The Frappe I got was not filled all the way and was very bland and icy and I imagine it was because the caramel frappe bag was low. But if you read this much, please avoid this place. They need to know that people expect better and if you are charging 3 dollars for a mcdoubles, try to get it to the customer within 5 minutes. It's a pretty simple sandwich, no need to park everyone if you staff the grill area properly.

Just a typical McDonald's fast food restaurant. I prefer their breakfast over any other fast food breakfast. I'm not a fan of their hamburgers, but I do enjoy their chicken sandwiches.
Drive to likes to argue with you when you know visibly your drink is wrong Will they still want to argue with you and then you got to call the phone number and then complain and have to go back tomorrow to get your right stuff not good customer
