They never open the lobby and if you go through the drive-thru you're stuck sitting at the window after you pay for 5 plus minutes.

First time at this location. Didn't like the service all. Workers act like they can't hear. Manager was rude on headset when I asked the difference between 2 items. I said what I'd didn't want on my sandwich and it was still wrong. Never going back here. Beware!! I advise you not to.

That was the worst 2 pick fish sandwich that I have ever had in my life, the first one was so dry and over cooked, as I was eating and trying to chew it up, I had to spit out large pieces after every bit, the second one was not as bad as the first one, it was warm both fishes shouldn't have been sold , apparently they had been there sitting for a good while, it should be noted, that you always want to give your customer, food that you would want to eat.To the person that is fixing the orders, it's Your responsibility to look at that fish , you know how long that fish has been sitting out there, and you should know when to throw it away .The only thing that was good in my order was the swirl cup of ice cream.

Get those XL fries served to you in a cup! But when they're short staffed they stop doing drive through orders past 8 pm and only do Uber Eats or Door Dash. And when you want Checkers, you don't want to add an additional 15% for nothing.
went to the drive thru asked for a strawberry milkshake and a large cup of water ruddily said machine is down with a tone then asked for a cheesecake sunday same answer then talked her its fine just the water she said 3.49 you can pull to the window 3.49!!! for a cup of water asked again the water is 3.49 ^ YES IT

i swear anytime i order here they screw it up. like ranch, not in the bag for my boyfriend, or putting mayo on a sandwich when im allergic. i thought doordash laid out everything you needed to know about the order? oh yea, it does, i fill doordash orders ALL DAY at an ACTUAL restaurant. this place really needs to get it together 3/3 on screwing up orders. great job.

Im EXTREMELY UPSET!... First of all,I had to wait 15min for my food. That wasn't a problem. I got my food and my order was completely wrong. They took my food back and I thought they fixed the problem.. I originally ordered 10pc wing combo (half garlic parmesan, the other half honey bbque)... I waited another 10 minutes, left the establishment, got all the way back to work and someone tried to be SLICK! I had 10 bbbque wings, but someone put garlic parmesan over the other half of my chicken! Im PISSED!

I work 2nd shift near this location and I go thru the drive thru here 2 to 3 times a week because EVERY TIME the food is hot fresh and delicious. I don't mind having to wait a couple of minutes sometimes because I know they are preparing my order fresh. Other locations should be trained by this store. Keep doing what you are doing I love the food and service here.
