Had a terrible experience yesterday, I guess they were understaffed but there's no way it should have taken that long for 2 so-called hot and readys. And when I finally got my order there were people waiting for one pizza that got there before I did. Come on you guys have to do better than this or just close down this store.

Ordered and waited over an hour for my delivery after the time it told me it was going to be delivered and then half of my order was wrong I was also hung up on 3 different times by the store. I am very angry that I spent money for my child to eat and the order was wrong. Will never order here again this is ridiculous....

Watched TWO separate employees dig their hands in the cheese and pepperoni over and over again NO GLOVES. One had just got done working at the cash register. It’s gross and unsanitary. NO handwashing involved but even if they had, you should not be preparing anyone’s food with no gloves. So what did I do: REFUND PLEASE! Eat at your own risk!

Worst experience ever! I ordered online at 4:38. App told me pizza was put in the oven at 4:59. So, I decided to drive to the store. Got to the store at 5:20. The store was full of people, waiting for pizza orders. At 5:45, employee came out to write down the names of everyone waiting for orders. Still no pizza for me. Finally, I talked to an employee at 6:20, and gave her my name. She found my pizza in the heating bin, behind the counter. When I got home, it was the wrong pizza. The tag had my name and correct order, but wrong pizza inside. Also, the tag was printed at 5:15. My pizza was sitting there for over an hour, and they never bothered to look for it, even after I gave them my name at 5:45. Worst store and staff!!!! I will not be going back!

This place was always the go-to for fast, hot, affordable pizza. However, in recent visits, that has not been the case. It seems that there is always a 30 + minute wait every time you're there regardless of the number of employees on staff. I've noticed on this visit that there are only 2 people working, and the one taking the order seemed overwhelmed and perhaps tired. The 2 employees working here that day might just need to inform people that they are short staffed so that they can make the decision whether to stay or go. However, it wasn't communicated, which led to me me waiting for more than 45 minutes. Also, several other people were inconvenienced as well. This message is not to down the two young men who were there that day. This is management to tighten up on the overall operation of this store. I have been witnessing it going downhill for a while now.

Stay away!!!!!!!! Undercooked Food Super rude staff and manager..... didn't eat any of that disgusting pizza asked for a refund and was told there policy is to remake the food AS IF after looking at the reviews seem that's quid pro qo...no thanks complaining to higher

Wait 2 hrs for some cold bread if you want to... the fact that I realized this location was under staffed, I stayed because my child wanted it. One guy giving orders seemed to enjoy watching people wait while saying "online orders are coming in fast" and left walk-ins and drive thru with a wait time of 30 minutes - 2 hours, if you don't ask him ANYTHING. The guy picks and choose who he wants to serve and gets a rise watching folks wait, 2hrs. I stayed on purpose to show my child just how some places are not worth going to. Btw, blasting explicit music was uncalled for. CLEARLY he is taking advantage of his position and only serve people that don't question him. Hopefully any young black boys around him don't copy his attitude and ethics. He was wearing sunglasses to feel cool while pushing a screen feeling needed. Be blessed... this Leap year. No I will not go back. (He gave me old bread to add insult... I refused to check him after waiting so long for my child's order. Shame on him) ?Kid-friendliness: Explicit music blasting throughout the establishment.
In the drive thru for over 2 hours on a Wednesday night and all I ordered was a crazy bread and hot and ready. Do not give these guys your business they can't even live up to their own standards. They were not slammed either, I know because I was there, so I don't want to hear that half baked excuse.

Food was gross and the pretzel crust was way too salty and both the pizza and bread were undercooked. I was disappointed especially since it’s been years since I’ve had a pretzel crust pizza and I was really exited to try it again.
