This location has gone down hillWe have lived in the Rochester area for 40+ yearsMy brother and I would go here before a movie or somethingLobby was closed 1 pm , got our order wrong in the drive thru and when I told them it was wrong the person looked at me like I was an idiot. Needless to say we are no longer going to that location again

This one has gone downhill from last year. We ordered 2 classic Roast Beef meals and they only gave us the sandwiches, And one drink and couldn't remedy the situation on the spot ignoring us completely at the drive through. At least they didn't charge us for the meals just for what they gave us.

If I could rate all of the food, service and atmosphere a negative 100 I would. The customer service was horrible very rude, the food had mold on it (see picture) and fries and jalapeño bites were cold! I don’t wouldn’t even send my worst enemy there!!! The lights at the front counter were so dim no wonder why they probably could see what they were making! And when I when back up there to let them know and speak to a manger the man manger had long hair and didn’t even have a hairnet on when he was remaking it!

I loved this arbys, but I don't want this place to go down hill. I enjoy the sides and usually get mozzarella sticks and curly fries. The last three times I went around 10pm and my food was not made when I ordered. It was fast but not fresh. It was really disappointing. I'll give the Arby's more chances and I hope my mozzarella sticks are made fresh and hot :)

The food at this location was served way to old & the roast beef was very dark i paid over $20 for two people waste of money & bad food in my stomach...will never stop by again !!!

Getting pretty annoyed with them up-charging for the bacon and yet giving the tiny pieces and not even one actual slice, also this is the second sandwich I’ve gotten with barely any cheese on it and the meat thrown on in the sloppiest one sided manner. The app wouldn’t work for ordering online so I paid full price for this masterpiece, at $14 for the meal. Total waist of money. Should have gotten sushi.

We picked up around $50 worth of food at the drive thru and upon getting home and distributing everything, found gnats or fruit flies (tiny bugs) in our curly fries which we noticed because they were moving. My husband called them and let them know (we didn’t ask for our money back) so they could address it. We just won’t be eating at this location for a while until this is hopefully addressed. We’ve been to this location many times previously with zero issues.
