“Check it out love it or hate it. Kuhnhenn stays consistent. Same staff same dedication and commitment to the team family. If you were here years ago the bartenders and all the regulars are still here. The good beer service, standard of service, is what you get at k1. Check out the other reviews, come and take a look for yourself. It definitely has a good feel, and some excellent beer. Been coming for years, time to show love. CK it out.“
“I highly recommend Fillmore 13 Brewery! We had our company team outing there and everything was phenomenal. The food was yummy. The service was top notch. The beer and cocktails were sublime. A great time was had by all! Special shout out to Kira for the absolute best service I've experienced hosting a team outing. Thank you!“
“We went at a busy time (5pm) on Saturday 3/9/24. We only waited about 10 minutes for our table. The Server came over to us immediately and took our order. Despite it being very busy our food came out fast and it was perfectly cooked. The steak bites were the best I’ve had. The burger was super tasty and bun it came on held up like a champ (hate soggy buns). The truffle fries were also excellent and the Mac and cheese has an excellent crust on top yet tender noodles. It was just loud enough that no one could hear our daughter cry and yell a bit as she was scared of the antlers. Our server was a very pleasant young man with an excellent beard (Bonus points). He didn’t even write down our order which worried me but everything came out perfect. This will be our go to spot for family dinners out.Bill was great! $83 bucks for a burger, truffle fries, steak bites, Mac and cheese and 2 adult beverages.Kid-friendliness: Lots of other families with young ones in there made us feel more comfortable about having our 10 month old in there.“
“Jef, Jen, Ben, Eric, etc are all awesome. Atmosphere is fun, with many regulars being very social and welcoming to first timers! The beer? Excellent as well! All around a great stop if you’re on a brewery tour or just looking to check out a new place!“
“Inconspicuous and small from the outside, but warm and friendly on the inside. Open kitchen and bar with multiple large screen televisions for watching your favorite sporting events. Great happy hour specials and the Detroit style deep-dish pizza was amazing! A hidden gem!“
“I was in the area and stopped by to check this place out. It's a cute spot. Not very big, but big enough. There is outside seating which increases the amount of seating. Also allows for a different experience. When I walked in, the entire place smelled like cookies. Which was a pleasant surprise. I found out there is a connected ice cream and coffee shop. I was absolutely shocked to see the variety of beers on tap! The bartender was fantastic. She usually works next door so she was filling in. But she was so personable and sweet. We had a lot in common to chat about and that made my stay even more fun. I was meeting up with a friend later so I had to go. Otherwise I would have stayed longer. Most definitely will come back!“
“I took my dad for a beer and lunch on Saturday. He had an IPA, I enjoyed a Belgian tripel. Loved it! Belgian beer is my favorite, and they nailed it. We also ordered sandwiches -- my dad has the roast beef, I had the Cuban. I really enjoyed the homemade pulled pork in the Cuban sandwich. Good portion sizes and value for the money. We sat on the patio streetside and had good service. Inside looked like a pretty cool place to hang out--clean, bright, well-designed.“
“Cool place and close to home.Great selection of styles (Nov 2023). Not surprisingly, I tried several over a few hours and made mental plans to return very soon for the ones I missed before they leave. Tomorrow seem too soon?Jenny was an absolute delight. We talked about all sorts of crazy, stupid stuff. Craft beer really seems to attract those kind of people. Yeah!Blues playing, free popcorn, plenty of games to play, great brews, I could live here.“
“Great hamburger. Waitress was wonderfulThey have trivia night on Tuesday. You can order food and drink while you're playing triviaUnfortunately they have switched to Pepsi. Please switch back to coke coke is still the no. 1 selling pop“
“Great food with generous portions with house craft beers as well as a large selection of microbrews. No mention of brunch. Definitely worth checking out brunch on Sundays.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burgers, nachos can be ordered without a meat protein as well as a variety of salad options that are vegetarianDietary restrictions: Probably one of the best gluten free menus in metro Detroit with many options available without gluten.Kid-friendliness: Children are always welcome.“
“It’s just Mac n Cheese… a little panko and melted parm would be an awesome addition! And whyyyyy don’t more restaurants in SE Mi have Tajin for your margarita rim or other specialty drinks? Maybe consider it? Service was fabulous!!! Thank you Sammi!!! You ROCK girl! Oh and if you pull in the wrong parking lot like me… drive around to the other side of the building… the entrance isn’t super obvious.“
“My fiancé and I come here on a biweekly basis. It's our favorite spot. I have literally never had one bad meal here. I wish they had more wheat and light beers on tap but otherwise zero complaints. Great environment great staff and the food for being a bar is phenomenal. I've had almost everything on the menu ar this point my favorite is the Buffalo chicken sandwich it's the best I've ever had. The food is better at the Rochester location I think. Yummy!“
