Unable to complete survey because reciept is poorly printed. Went at 3:08 on 4/10/24 and order the 2 whopper juniors for $5 00. Stale buns ,very dry, hamburger was cold, hardly any toppings. Was very disappointed( my go to for a quick meal, this was not my usual bk) but because I was very hungry and my blood sugar was low I ate 1. Decided to save the other one for today. At home I got a fresh bun took off topping which again were little and reheated in micro. Had to add ketchup and mayo. It then tasted similar to a whopper junior.

Ordered food for 4 people, not a large order, for dine in. 35 minutes we waited to find out they forgot our order. We stood by the counter through the whole wait and no one even thought to ask us why we were standing there for 30+ minutes. Employees in the were on their phones and unapologetic when the issue was brought to their attention.

My chicken fries were hard and cold.. my fries were cold and unsalted.. my husband said no tomato and all his items had tomatoes on them... We watched the cook take his time making the food than another cook had to jump in on the second side to help him make food and it wasn't even busy.. maybe 4 orders....

I've been to this location's drive-thru 3 times. The first time, I was told to hold a moment to have my order taken. After 5+ minutes of waiting, they proceeded to take the order of 2 cars in the other drive-thru lane that had both arrived after me. I left. The second time was mediocre. The fries were old and lukewarm. The third time, I ordered a whopper with cheese and no tomato or onion. I got a whopper with no cheese, with tomato.

Went in today & had a great experience in person. Fresh hot fries burger made perfectly to order & even better the MOD was friendly & supportive of her crew. Constantly knowing where to go how to help & maintaining a positive environment. 5 stars I’ll come back to this BK for sure.
