I’m very sry to have to write this bad review because I really enjoyed the food but there have been several times that I have called up there to place an a carry out and was put on hold for very amount of long time and also hung up on as I waited not only have I had to wait on the phone but I have also went in in person to order and sat at the bar for a good 10 minutes and was not greeted nor said hello or asked if I needed help so I end up walking out without ordering. It’s sad to see this beautiful place just open and have such horrible service , the only person’s name I know there’s Amanda which I would never recommend anyone hiring her as a server. I hope that you get some good service in there and maybe we’ll think about coming back but as of today I would never go back to Chad‘s bistro, and I would not recommend it .

The customer service was beyond unprofessional. I was yelled at because I accidentally shortened the bill by a few cents. I did not have my glasses on and the manager yelled at me because I owed a few more cents. I ended up giving him the amount and a tip. I will never order take out from there again or recommend the place to anyone.

What happened?! My husband and I used to order take out all the time from Chad's when it was on Auburn. We were never disappointed, sandwiches piled so high we could barley get our mouth around and struggled to finish them. We moved a bit further away and today we made the drive because my husband was craving a Corned beef sandwich. Well he got bread... With two tiny pieces of meat between a little bit of coleslaw and barely any dressing. They raised their prices which is totally understandable but don't raise your prices and decrease your portions...

Arrived and was told to sit anywhere we wanted. We took a seat and then waited over 15 minutes for a server. They said they didn’t see us ( not sure how that is possible ). Food was what I remember from the old place except it has gone up in price quite a bit. $15-17 for a sandwich or salad not including fries is expensive even with today’s prices.

Fries are very important to me and these fries absolutely slapped. The bistro sauce they came with was great too. Sandwich equally amazing with great bread. I love when I truly feel that the amount of food I get is worth the money. Can't wait to go back!

Bring back the old chadds, soft opening experience was horrible, just called for a takeout for 1 sandwich and they told me over an hour. Do better

Food was very yummy and chad is super sweet and funny. My boyfriend brought me here, it’s his new favorite place and says it’s the best sandwiches he’s ever had? they are pretty good haha. My only complaint is when we went they had a band playing (they weren’t bad at all) the music was just sooo loud I had to try to talk over it and yell at him so he could hear me ? he said that they usually don’t have bands when he goes so I’m assuming maybe it’s just a Friday or weekend thing. I’ll definitely be back regardless though ??
