STAY AWAY! I had the worse experience today. My co-workers and I were talked to so disrespectfully and BANNED from the restaurant by the manager because my co-worker let the waitress know that her fries were cold and that I had a long piece of blonde hair stuck on my burger. I've never been so humiliated in my life. We have reported this restaurant to corporate and we are awaiting a call back.

Manager was a jerk! Refused to put on a game even though we'd called earlier in the afternoon to confirm it'd be on. It was even on their schedule menu, he said "I didn't put that on there." Food sucks too, only reason I go is for the tvs and they couldn't get that right today either. Won't be back.

Our waitress was friendly and professional. Our food was prepared in a timely manner. The food was served hot and taasted delicious. Also we really enjoy the live band, Diversity. They played music for all age groups, from Motown to current artists. I would go back again.

I was here on Sunday night at the bar just looking to get a drink and dinner and the bartender Emily I had was very rude no eye contact and just she just threw the napkin down then just walked a way . Do not ask for Emily for a bartender

Seems like everyone we come in and sit at the bar our bartender is Emily. We sit down and get our drink and then wait and wait and wait for her to come back and take our food orders. This has happened multiple times so we timed it this time. We opened our tab at 5:35 and she didn’t come back to ask for our food order till close to 5:55. Normally we would totally understand if they we swamped or short staffed but she will take the orders of people to our left and right even though they where seated after us. She is never very friendly and provides mediocre service. Really disappointed

Ambience was nice. TVs everywhere. Waitresses were friendly. Avoid the Cuban Crush sandwich. Two meats - pulled pork and sliced ham. Very thin. Barely noticed meat at all. Pretty much all bread. The manager/boss "Mike" was borderline rude. Zero personality. We will not return.
The food is awesome. The staff is friendly and fast and cute. The place has maybe 100 TV's so Keno or sports or funny bloopers, there's always something for everyone. 3 words. Chicken Dumpling Stew even though it's not an option below. You should try it if you haven't yet. It's the best! Oh. There's live entertainment on weekends.

At the venue for a group function of 25 plus people. A big shout out for our server Izzy who provided single handidly drink and food orders while tabulating single checks. One of the most phenomenal customer services ever witnessed. Food and libations all deemed excellent. The star of our show: Izzy. Thank you to hi heavens for providing us a steller experience. You deserve a raise!
