These looked and tasted like a novice baker made them out of their home kitchen. Way overpriced for the quality, presentation, and size. Please go to Crumbl, and you will see and taste the difference and they are the same price for waaaay more. They were stacked on top of each other, so they stuck to each other because they're still warm. We ordered some of the brookies and blondies so they tried to make room and fit it allnin one box. The outside edges were very crispy, and the center was soft. Again, these were warm....there shouldn't be anything crispy. This means they were all over-baked. We had left one in the box overnight and today it is as hard as dark toast. What a waste! They are very very thin, and even moreso than I'd expect for the price. But they are easily over cooked. The flavors were just ok, Warm gooey chocolate is always good.I wish I just paid a fifth of the price and made them myself. Horribly disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked up to the counter and a bearded man was extremely rude to me and everyone else who ordered around me. He was even rude to his fellow co workers. Someone with this attitude should not be in customer service. Bad look for Insomnia cookies.

I ordered 18 cookies for a Superbowl get together. I ordered them at 2:30 to be ready at 5:30pm for pick up. I was notified they were ready via email so I went to pick up at scheduled time. I walked in there and it was chaotic. So many people had also ordered ahead and it was like the workers didn't anticipate making the orders at all and none of them were actually ready. Not much sense of urgency from the workers. People would walk in and order a cookie or two and get them immediately (I waited for 30 minutes for an order that was "ready"). First I was told we were waiting on chocolate chunk then the story changed to were waiting on oatmeal which says to me they were taking cookies out of my order to give to walk inside. Not cool. I have been there a couple times and the food is good however I feel they need more training on how to handle a rush and how to handle scheduled orders. I eventually had to problem solve for them and say give me any type of cookie instead of oatmeal I don't care because I'm going to be late for the Superbowl.

We got the red velvet classic, confetti deluxe, and a chocolate lava cake cookie and all of them were tasty. The three cookies were more than enough for three people. Would go back and try some more.

Didn't get it once but twice in two days ordered on their app and go both orders in a timely fashion. The birthday cake vegan cookie is absolutely delicious I am so surprised that it is vegan the flavor is spot on. I also got the regular chocolate chip and double chocolate chip both also delicious. I can't wait to try more of their flavors. So happy they are in the area and deliver.

So, I placed an order for my wife's birthday. I saw a good deal and ordered them a few weeks in advance (they allow for extended time frames). At the requested delivery time, I receive an email saying there is a problem with my order, and they issued me a credit (at least THAT part was done right!). The email suggested that I call and they will make it right. Been on hold for several minutes. Why am I not notified until the order delivery time that there's a problem with my order resulting in its being cancelled when they have had the order for weeks??? Seriously, I'm calling to discuss a problem with an order, and no one can pick up the phone in half an hour (and counting)! - Updated- Gave up on the phone call after waiting far too long. Got an email back from customer service saying that they tried to contact me (funny that the credit was issued before the email asking me to call them), and of course, what good does it do to call when you're only put on hold until you hang up? Real reason order was cancelled (as noted by the rep) - not enough delivery drivers. Maybe their cookies are good, but I wouldn't go with a delivery order, ever. Seems like you run a good chance of disappointment.
The cookies are addictive, because they are soooo good. I could order this everyday. Wish they would put all of their different cookie flavors on DoorDash.

For $3 just expected a more robust cookie. Meh, it was good but for the size and texture, I couldve bought the Betty Crocker mix and threw a few more choc chips in the batter and been just as satisfied.

Well where to start.....I understand the whole vibe is "after dark" but when me and my friend drove by there was no employee up at the front and the store looked dark and we assumed they were closed. Thankfully we gave the door a try and it was open. An employee barely greeted us with a dry hello and proceeded to not understand our question when we asked if there were any deals going on saying "none that she is aware of". We proceeded to place an online order to use the 10% off coupon we got for signing up. The Recommended time to "pickup" was 30 minutes after the initial time of ordering which is understandable but none of the employees even asked if we needed help with anything while we were just sitting there with no employees insight only when a customer walked in. Only after the 30 minutes did I say I had an order to which they boxed all our cookies up handed them to us and all was well...until I noticed two of the cookies we had ordered were not given when I asked the lady up at the front she slowly walked to the back and got the male employee who got our cookies in the first place and he was like oops sorry... the little opps was 10 dollars worth of cookies. Nevertheless we tried the cookies and the deluxes were decent but the classic cookies were a different story...a few were decent but some of them were absolutely feral a few of them were underbaked and leaking butter from them. If I wanted cookie dough I woulda gone to Kroger... I don't know what the standard for a cookie is at insomnia but it definitely should be falling apart while im eating it and making my hands greasy...The oatmeal raisin cookie was absolutely horrible and I love oatmeal raisin but this was like eating dry oatmeal no flavor and not enough raisins. The "jinglebread" cookie was just pure ginger and very disappointing and tasted kinda like medicine....But what really shocked me was the snickerdoodle absolutely not flavorful and tasted bland.... How do you mess up snickerdoodle?!? I will say the vegan cookies tasted like they weren't vegan which I liked even though im not vegan. The chocolate chip cookies were good kinda tasted like costco cookies. The midnight cookie was pretty good. Honestly I rate the cookies a solid 3 and this whole establishment a 2. will I be back maybe... not sure but honestly not a fun first experience. From the employees not being cheery to the cookies being bland,Oily, not uniform...I can go on and on. I feel like this place is really overhyped for what it is. For being a place that specializes in cookies these cookies are subpar at best and totally not worth it. Save your money and go to Costco
